Hraken will run to the north of the battlefield and drink a healing potion on the way (8 healing). The first chance I get(17 inititive) he will fire a bolt at the nearest goblin (If I'm in range). (19 attack, 14 piercing). Extraordinary success: If I can get close enough I'll throw a spear at another (13 attack, 12 damage). I'll try and stay away from direct combat at this time, keeping as far away from them as I can, but still within range of my spear throw to any left in the group I just attacked.

Fiery Almok 23 -Fiery pulls a wand from his pack as he rides Wordwise past. Wordwise is singing and running far faster that you would imagine a Dragonborne could (longstrider). Fiery yells," I was saving this wand for a rainy day and this day is pouring goblins." He waits to get into range. 4 Goblins at 22 -Moves toward the Temple of Magnus.
PC (Fargrim) 20 -The Dwarf fires his Crossbow striking a goblin and downing him quickly. (Fargrim rolled a natural 20 and has 2 more actions he can make this round with his extra-success)
3 Goblins 20 -One falls to Fargim's bolt the other three turn jump on and run over the wagon picking up firepots as they move toward the Hall of Valor.
PC Hraken 17- runs north around a smaller building and fires on a group of goblins surrounding the golden lions. He kills one and flipping his crossbow onto his back pulls a javelin (the spear does not have the range) and throws it piercing a second Goblin through his body the javelin landing at the feet of the Golden Lions who cheer at the two dropping goblins.
2 Goblis 15- turn and dash at Hraken with spears ready.
PC Blackarrow 16- Puts 2 arrow into a goblin surrounding the Golden Lions. The goblin falls.
6 Acolytes 14- Scream to Magnus and charge from the temple toward the statue and the goblins. The swing wildly and actually strike 4 blows on the 4 goblin warriors who move to protect their shamans. None of the Goblins fall but they are battered and bruised by the clubs.
4 Goblin 13- The Goblins respond with sword and spear each lands a bloody blow on an acolyte. 2 goblins down an Acolyte with their blades. 6 Hounds 13- The hounds smell goblin and race past Hraken pouncing on the 2 goblins rushing north. The goblins fall under the pack that rend them limb from limb.
Priest Tellidren 13- Steps from the temple and calls upon Magus to strengthen his students. The Acolytes all stand healed of all wounds. (Mass Cure Wounds)
Ogre 13- Finally breaks the statue off and throws it over the mass of goblins and Acolytes and right into the doorway of the Temple the old Priest stands in. The Statue crushes him as he prays smashing him back into the building.
Wordwise 12 Is running he has used his bardic Inspiration on Fiery and Izzy. Izzy may add a d6 to any one roll this encounter. This can done after rolling and added to the roll.
3 Goblins 10- Seeing their advantage dwindle the Goblins rush forward to make quick work of the Golden Lions. They down one of the 3 Lions and wound 2 others.
Ogre 10- The Ogre has one person tucked under his flabby arm and another he has thrown over his shoulder. He is moving away from the Hall of Great Valor.
4 Goblin 9- Move to finish the Lions. They kill another leaving only 2 standing back to back facing 7 goblins.
PC (Izzy) 9- Runs forward looking for a crossbow, longbow, shortbow, javelin, spear, slingshot, anything. He passes the body of the Theater bouncer and sees he is holding a handcrossbow. Stopping he grabs the bow and a quiver with 15 bolts. (perception check to search 19+ bonus buzzinga)
PC (Oloric) 9 -Runs next to Malik and catches his second wind.
4 Goblin 8- These goblins yell to the Ogre to go in goblin and each toss a jar onto the roof of the Hall of Valor. Blackarrow shifts and dodges the jars but 2 fall around him igniting the north side of the roof. The third strikes him igniting his armor and cloak but not enough to burn him. The forth falls down the skylight into the room below. Blackarrow smirks as he hears the screams of burning goblin below. (natural 1 ouch!) The fire is spreading all around Blackarrow.
2 Goblin Shaman 8 -The Shaman chant and 2 swarms of rats gather from nearby buildings to follow their commands. They send them at the Acolytes who now fight alone with their master crushed.
2 Golden Lions 8- On Sergeant of the Lions chants the oath of the Golden Lions loudly as he strikes once, twice, three times downing 2 goblins with his flashing blade. The other lion barely holds on to his shaking weapon let alone hit anything. He looks ready to run.
PC (Paelis) 7- Being on the south end of the great hall he looks at the Goblins moving to enter the building and fires his ray of frost at the first it misses but causes the Goblins to stop and search the roof with their beady eyes looking for the hiding Paelis.
PC (Malik) 6 - Dashes toward the battle with Oloric.
4 Goblin 5- They move around the building looking for Paelis but seeing Fargrim figure he would make a good target. They throw spears they stole from the guards at the dwarf. Wiht the disadvantage of tossing up and the slight cover of the roof 3 or 4 miss Fargrim. The last grazes him (2hp) with the spear.
4 Goblin 4- Each goblins is carrying something as they dash away from the Hall of Great Valor.
8 Goblin 3- The Goblins inside are screaming from the firebomb and gathering museum pieces.
OOC- Fargrim just needs to use his 2 extra actions and we will be ready. He could reload with one and fire again with his crossbow.

[Sweet! A free hand crossbow! Just what I wanted! OK, on Issarian's action, he's gonna start running south, towards the Temple and the massive slaughter going on there. Looking at the map, it's gonna be five rounds before I'm in range to do anything, so the acolytes're probably all gonna be dead by then. But hey, what're you gonna do? Max range on a hand crossbow is 120 feet, and I'm 320 feet away.]

Fargrim reloads his crossbow and shoots at one of the goblins with the firepots. He looks at Blackarrow and Paelias and says "Maybe we should join our efforts. I think we'll accomplish more if we focus on a single group of these ugly buggers!"
Roll: 21 and a hit for 9 damage!
OOC: My bad for not rolling in my last post. Are we still doing "first come first serve" initiative?

OOC: I had meant javalin, thanks. Also, because of the complexity of this battle, and my desire not to get lost. I wrote this little list to keep track of turns. Feel free to use it at the bottom of your post. I hope you don't mind me making this Admin. I used blue for PC turns, and red for dead/unconcious players. You can see at the end PC's who still need to make turns. Strikethrough shows who has gone already. I think we are still using open PC slots Faragrim.
Extra Fargrim, Round 2: Fiery Almok, 4 Goblin, Izzy, 3 Goblin, PC, Goblins, PC, 6 Acolytes, 4 Goblins, 6 Hounds, Priest Tellidren, Ogre, Wordwise, 1 Goblin, Ogre, 4 Goblin, PC, PC, 4 Goblin, 2 Goblin Shaman, 2 rat swarms, 2 Golden Lions, PC, PC, 4 Goblins, 4 Goblin, 8 Goblins. PC waiting: Fargrim, Hraken, Blackarrow, Izzy, Oloric, Paelis, Malik

Round 2: Malik and Oloric are both still out of range this round.
Both will double move as fast as possible towards the lions and goblins fighting. (Oloric's furthest range spell is 120' so likely usable next round if the lions don't kill the goblins).

[OOC tactical note: We're gonna need to be REAL careful here, folks. There's 32 goblins, 2 goblin shamans, and 2 ogres, versus 7 active 1st level PCs, 2 GM-run PCs that I assume are also 1st level, as well as 2 mook guards, 6 hounds, and 6 barely armed altar boys. This is kinda looking like one of those "sometimes you've gotta know when to run" kind of encounters. So we're gonna need to be tactical as hell, and be ready to break when things go south.]

OOC: If the wagon with firepots was ignited, would it create any sort of explosive effect? It would be very nice to take 4 goblins and an ogre out of the equation in one turn. Plus, no firepots means the rooftop becomes a lot safer.

OOC: I guess that the ogres are just here to kidnap some of the important people of the town; one of them is already moving off. So if we don't attack the ogres, they'll probably ignore us. So we should focus on the goblins. Paelias has a good defence position up on the roof, so he's not going to come down and flee, for that makes him an easy target for the goblins on the ground and he's already severely wounded.

The pots would go up with multiple rounds of big booming blasts taking out any in 20 feet, damaging any in 60 feet, and possibly knocking down any in 100 feet. Blackarrow could easily dip his arrow tip in the flaming goop on the roof or on his cloak and armor for that matter.
The running ini on the bottom is a great idea.
We are still first post first move unless you want to drop lower or wait for someone.
Fargrim damages one of the Goblins with the crossbow bolt as the round ends.
People who are running may make athletics checks with a DC of 10 to push it. If you fail you become fatigued but if you succeed with extraordinary success you gain extra moves and can close faster.

*OOC: Malik will use Athletics to push it. He gets a 13 and would try to get closer to melee faster.
Malik turns his trot into a run seeing the battle looming and wanting nothing more than to slay more goblins.
*OOC: Oloric has high con and Toughness feat but a negative athletics. Wonder if it would be possible for him to use a different check for running? In this case I don't think he'll want to push harder but just for future thoughts.
Oloric uses his dash movement until he is in 120' range to use a Firebolt.

OOC: are we not going to wait for the goblins and other NPC to make moves between PCs? I think Fiery Almok and some goblins need to move first.

Athletics is the running skill check sorry. He will not be the sprinter of the group.
Fiery is going to hold his wand's fireball until Wordwise gets him within 120' so he will reserve his action.
The first 4 goblins are racing to the temple to join the battle with the Acolytes and protect their shaman. They are within 40 feet of the already over matched Acolytes.
1 PC next ?(I would assume Marik and Oloric will hold to the PC slots at the end allowing those who can do some damage to go first.)
then any Goblins left in the three by the wagon will run at the Hall and lob firepots on the roof. (will roll when I see if the first PC kills any of them).
1 PC after goblins.
