OOC: Paelias will do his turn after Blackarrow and Fargrim have done theirs.
Paelias stays hidden on the roof and says "icy, icy cold down your chest, it will freeze you to the spot" and evokes a blue ray which hits one of the goblins who were attacking Fargrim.
OOC: attack roll with ray of frost: 9+5= 14, damage 6, subject's movement is decreased by 10.

Yes please delay Malik and Oloric so others can do something useful this round first. Just trying to ensure no delay on my part post wise.
I think I mixed up endurance vs sprinting in my head. Athletics makes a lot more sense hehe.

Hraken fires his crossbow at one of the two goblins running toward him (15 attack) hitting him right between the eyes, dropping him dead (14 piercing).

No, it is not correct: I stated explicitly that Paelias acts after Fargrim and Blackarrow!!!!!!! And that is very, critically, important, because Blackarrow has to blow up the wagon with fire pots first!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm not the DM, so this is more for just helping to track things visually.

Blackarrow spots the wagon of firepots and dips an arrowhead in the nearby burning glue. He cries out "Everybody get down!" as he lets the arrow fly towards the pile of pots, and while it moves its target, he moves to cover.
Attack Roll: 23, so that should hopefully ignite all the pots.

From the top Fiery Almok 23 holds his shot using his wand as a fake horse whip and egging Wordwise on,"Come on goldie get those big old tree trunks going." 4 Goblins 22 race toward the acolytes closing to within 40 feet. PC (Harken) 20 Hraken shoots over the mass of hounds and drops a goblin. 3 Goblins 20 the goblins toss the fire pots onto the roof at Fargrim. Two splatter on the Dwarf as the third splatters on the roof. The thicker goo sticks to Fargrim's armor and exposed skin igniting and burning. (4 hp, ongoing 5hp per round CON save ends) PC Blackarrow 17 sticks him arrow into a nearby patch of burning goo and fires to the wagon. The top blackpowder kegs ignite blowing wagon fragments in all directions. The explosion knocks all of the goblins within 100 feet flat, bowls over both Ogres piercing the closest with multiple wounds. The other drops both of his kidnapped citizens and they bounce along the ground. One you tell know is Sartin from the museum curator. It also pushes the Acolytes off their feet and causes the rats to run in fear. PC Izzy 16 runs south east toward the temple as he readies a bolt in the crossbow. 6 Acolytes 14 With the explosion and the death of their master the Acolytes break one after the other turning crawling then running back toward the temple doorway. The door is partially broken and the shattered remains of the statue of Magnus is strewn before the opening. 3 Goblins 13 Only three survive the explosion and they scurry up and with a gleeful cheer chase the fleeing Acolytes. They toss daggers on the way and bury two into the fleeing worshipers of Magnus. 6 Hounds 13 They charge on to protect the last 2 Golden Lions. They fall upon the 1 goblin west of the Golden Lions taking her down. Priest Tellidren 13- Dying or dead Ogre 13 He stands and must spend his time gathering his two victims. Wordwise 12 Using his inspiring song to accelerate his strides he closes on the group before the temple. Fiery extends his wand and a ball of arcane fire burst from the tip. It envelopes the goblins racing to the temple leaving only ash and covers the prone Ogre in flame. 1 Goblin 10 is wolf food. Ogre 10 The Ogre stands furious he howls in pain from the shrapnel and fire. Lifting a piece of rubble from the ground he flings it at Wordwise and Fiery. The piece strikes Wordwise rolling him backwards as it smashes the dragonborn. He is down. Fiery leaps free landing nearby with a curse. 4 Goblin 9 Not having the flanking advantage anymore the Goblins make desperate attacks on the last 2 lions. They miss with all four then retreat before the counterattack arrives. PC (Malik) 9 runs south coming between the fire left from a burning wagon and a small shop selling pottery and small statues. PC (Oloric) 9 Follows Malik the nearest goblins keep dying or running away from them. 4 Goblins 8 2 die from shrapnel wounds immediately the other two are thrown against the wall of the Hall of Valor. The gain their feet and race north trying to find safety in numbers with the 4 goblins fleeing the Golden Lions. 2 Goblin Shaman 8 The shaman weather the explosion then move toward the ogre calling for their wicked gods healing upon the monster. His wounds begin to push out the wood pieces as he heals and the charred flesh becomes as healthy an ogre's skin can look. 2 rat swarms race away their limited morale broken by the fire and noise. 2 Golden Lions 8 swing crossbows up and fire at the goblins. Both miss and the bow of the guard's crossbow snaps from an earlier attack an him making the weapon useless. PC (Paelis) 7 finishes off a goblin Fargrim wounded with his ray of frost. PC (Fargrim) 6 still needs to act 3 Goblin 5 The rest leave Fargrim to burn on top of the building and begin to race to the Temple of Magnus. 4 Goblin 4 These goblins are dashing south with loot. 8 Goblin 3 burst out of the Hall of Great Valor carrying museum pieces. One has the Red Doom Tribe Herald fluttering above her proudly as she races from the building. OOC: I split the goblins into single goblins instead of 1 mini counting for 4 so it is easier to figure out their number. Next round Round 3: Fiery Almok, PC, 2 Goblins, PC, PC, 6 Acolytes, 3 Goblins, 6 Hounds, Priest Tellidren, Ogre, Wordwise, Ogre, 4 Goblin, PC, PC, 2 Goblin, 2 Goblin Shaman, 2 rat swarms, 2 Golden Lions, PC, PC, 3 Goblins, 4 Goblin, 8 Goblins. Malik continues his dash sprinting directly eastwards towards the goblins.
Athletics DC 22.
Oloric moves eastward 30' and within range of the goblins shoots one with a bolt of pure fire.
Attack = 15 for 4 fire damage.
*Please delay my actions to my normal round initiative to allow others proper response to the baddies.

Fargrim hears the vile enchantments uttered by the goblin with the staff (goblin shaman) and makes him his next target. The loads his crossbow and shoots (Attack roll: 7, he misses).
Fargrim sees many goblins fleeing the place and begins to worry about the fire in the building (how bad does it look? Can the roof hold for a while more?).

The roof is possibly a problem every round, the chance to collapse will increase each round until it falls. It has about a 5% chance next round, 10% the next, 20% the next, 40% the next, and so on.

Blackarrow follows Fargrim's example and opens fire on the shamans. By some miracle, his shot streaks through the air and burrows into a shaman's skull, killing it instantly. He wryly adds "Maybe it's a sign from Magnus that his acolytes need to stop acting like cowards."
Attack Roll (with disadvantage): Lower is 15. 11 damage to the shaman.

OOC: this round Paelias delays and acts as the last one in the round.
Paelias tries to find a safe way to descend from the roof at the west side of the Hall of Valor, where no goblins are seen. If there are no safe ways down there, he'll try to descend at the south side.
OOC: Move downwards and Use the dodge action to dodge anything thrown at him.

Issarian continues to run towards the temple, darting through the shadows under the trees. As he runs, he mutters to himself "What the hells was that old man thinking? Those kids looked like all they had were sticks and butter knives!"

Under the trees in well kept and easy to run through. Izzy gains another 30 feet from an extra success.
The 2 Goblins begin to stand as the Wagon explodes again the keg on the lower levels of the wagon reacting and blow the goblins off their feet again. They begins to crawl south toward the retreating goblins. Both ogres keep their feet at this explosion which is smaller than the first.

Fargrim agrees with Paelias that the west side looks the safest. He fires one last bolt at one of the 3 goblins southeast of the Hall (attack roll 18, 3 damage. Extraordinary success), and a quick spell on the same target "May the fire burn you and spare those who fight for life and peace" (goblin needs Dexterity save or else takes another 3 damage).
Fargrim runs towards the western side, the smell of burning wood very alarming. He shouts to Blackarrow across the roof: "My human friend, do you still have that length of rope? This roof won't last much longer. You cannot trust wood!"
