OOC: before I make my turn, I was wondering if you could give me some information. I know there are 5 goblins trying to hide behind the stables.
1st: Hraken can't see them passively (15 vs 16), but would he have seen them before they hid? Would he have a reason to make a perception check? (I don't want to meta-game and make one just because I already know they are there)
2nd: How far are they from Hraken's position? What would the danger be if he chooses to throw a spit-jar at them? Would he risk lighting the stables on fire, and cause more descriction? Are there people close-by that might be harmed?
Anyway, I'll make my move after you answer, sorry for the delay.

You can smell them with your panthar senses so they cannot hide from your nose. Passive perception with advantage is 5 above regular passive perception so you would perceive them. Your nose gives you advantage.
You could throw it and not hit yourself or others (30 to 40 feet way) but would probably hit the stall with the burst.

Do you think the risk is high or low that this would cause extensive damage? I don't want to cause too much trouble with that toss, but if the stable burns down, that would be fine, I just don't want to cause a chain reaction fire. Are they other wooden structures close-by?

Paelias moves in a dash 60' along the broad way towards the gates.

It is just a wooden poles and canvas stall. Cost about 3 silvers to make. No problem! The closet thing is a tree to the south with limbs about 8 feet away.

Hraken sees a large group of goblins shuffle into the stalls to his side. Though hidden, he can sense they are still there. Seeing the opportunity, he takes a few steps and heaves a flaming dragon spit jar to explode into the stalls.

OOC: So there are no more goblins at the top of the tower with Blackarrow and Fargrim? Is there a way to get to the eastern gatehouse tower from where we are at the western tower? Can we see the western tower? I'm still trying to picture the gate, if there a walkway or archway we could cross over, connecting the two towers?
At the top of the tower, Fargrim thought there'd be goblins to fight, but only Blackarrow's hooded figure and dead bodies. He watches the fighter inquisitively. "Blackarrow, is it? Having trouble with the guards? Don't mind me saying, you do look like the sort who has something to hide. I'm just trying to decide if I did the right back there. I'm not very comfortable lying and opposing the law, and I just did both these things, so maybe once the battle is over you'd consider an explanation?"

You have a walkway on the top of the gate between the two.

Well, Izzy may have the goblin in his sights, but he's pretty far away for a dude with a hand crossbow [Range limit 120], so he's gonna move on up. Odds are pretty good that Captain Do-Right will have capped the little twerp by the time I get there, so if that happens, I'll just keep choogling towards the tower.

Oloric fires another bolt at the prone goblin. "Looks like the reinforcements have arrived" (16 attack, 7 damage).
Malik watches the goblins burn. He moves to the prone goblin and finishes her off with a chop of his Axe. He adds a second chop for extra effect ensuring that filthy beast will not wake. (17 attack 6 damage, 23 attack 6 damage). That done he turns and watches the fire with enjoyment.

Blackarrow holds out his rapier, making sure the light catches on the goblin blood still resting on it. "These poor souls were dispatched by the archers who took residency here. I do not spill innocent blood. If you do not believe my word, you will see that the wounds left by a goblin cleaver a very different from a rapier. Still, I would be content to slay a few more goblins to justify your actions."
As he sheathes his sword and makes his way across the walkway, he turns back and adds "I truly am grateful for your assistance. If these Lions had half the sense you did, I'd be in their uniform."
Mechanics: A move and Dash to get closer to the other tower, plus he'll end his move ducking behind a battlement to use as cover.

We will put you above him so he lay on hands on Alys. The goblin does not know you exist so roll a regular (not disadvantaged) roll, or if you close in roll with advantage.

Well, if I'm not mistaken, Olly and Mal have pretty much butchered the prone goblin, so I salute them on my way past toward the western tower. [That's the one that's still got gobs on it, right? The eastern one's clear, yeah?]
