Stev's crate lands with a bang and is scraped into place. The he hears the seal pop. Lifting it a crack he sees a single dim blue light in the large freezer unit. He crawls out seeing Makio, Teyjo, and Samarian moving out of their crates. Makio sees the top of the crate near her wiggling and hears a scratching. She tips the top open to see Bifzik pushing in vain on the inside. At this point the overhead lights start to flicker as someone begins to tug on the latch from the outside. OOC: Please roll initiative so I know the order things are happening in and what you are going to do in the 3 seconds you may have. You have time for one maneuver or one action but not both. You all also have 2 strain from the cold. The freezer is 30m by 20m with your crates around the sides and 2 rows of shelves down the middle. The crates have 1m of space between them and the wall and the shelves have 2m of space between them.

Kem looks around knowing Kaiya is down the hall with the Shadormen unloading at some freezer somewhere. There was no one but him. He noticed before the Ensign had a datapad dock on the security consul. Kem slides the pad onto the jack and holds his breath. "Finally, Ensign. Now tell those Shador scum to get a move on. Rynn out." Kem leans against the officers chair for a moment and just breaths.

At the sound of the door, Stev looks at Samarion and puts a finger to his lips to command silence, and then he gestures with his head to inform the team outside of his line of sight. He then moves to hide between the computer station and the crates, making sure to be hidden from the glowing screen's light.
Samarion gives the same signal to Makio, and then ducks down behind the crate he was standing by in the corner of the room.
Makio sees the signal and sends it to Bifzik and Teyjo, and then she releases the crate top and hides by the crate and the wall next to Teyjo.
Teyjo leaps over his crate to the far side and ducks down to hide.
Mechanics: Everybody moved into position to make a stealth check, so they'll all use their stealth skills as the difficulty for the checks made by whoever is coming through the door. Also, since Bifzik is completely inside of the crate, I don't know how that will impact his stealth.

Ducking down you see a Treadwell droid enter the refrigeration unit. He rolls to the shelves and grabs half a dozen items, spins and is gone before you know it. The door is a hinged door and closes behind him with a click.

After the door clicks, the team gets back to work. Samarion and Makio get Bifzik out of his crate while Stev and Teyjo check the door. They're looking for any sort of alarm, whether that be a security alarm or even just a temperature control alarm. After all, this is a freezer, so they'd likely have a device installed to send a notification if the door were to open for too long. If they find one, Bifzik will come over and neutralize the scanner.
Mechanics: Perception check Teyjo with Stev's assist is 2P2A. Computer check for Bifzik is 4P1A.

Bifzik uses his incredible knowledge of technology to tear a small piece of Duros tape from his roll and place it over the flip that indicates the freezer has been open too long. He also stops the lights beyond the small one always on from coming on when the door opens.
Looking out the door you see a hallway. On the other end of the hallway is a galley that the droid you just saw is working in. Between the galley and the freezer is a double door north guarded by 2 super battle droids.

"Bifzik, I want you to set up a small comms jam in this immediate area so the clankers and the galley droid can't warn anybody. The EXACT SECOND you do, it's go time for the rest of us."
"Samarion, you and I should be strong enough to overwhelm clankers not meant for physical combat, so each of us will pin one of the clankers to the ground, preventing them from firing their weapons."
"Makio and Teyjo, once the clankers are pinned, I want you to take them down with melee, no blasters. We don't know if anybody's nearby, so we need this to be as absolutely quiet as possible."
"When you attack the clankers, try to keep their comms and voice modulators intact. We can use the comms to spy on the enemy, and we might be able to link a voice modulator to a datapad in order to fool anybody who tries to comm the clanker team. If you keep their hard drives in good condition, we should also be able to use those to get info on the compound. Actually, just try to keep them as intact as possible. I'd bet our techno wiz might even be able to turn these clankers onto our side, which would be absolutely invaluable."

BifZik gives the thumbs up and they rush out the doorway. Stev rushes out leaping up the stairs up to cover the 9 meters before the first SBD can react. He takes the droid down on it's face pinning it under him. Samarion takes to 4 legs and covers the 12 meters to his target easily. He pounces knocking the Droid down but in his momentum he slides past the Droid. Makio rushes quickly and seeing the SBG Stev tackled access panel bent loose on the back of his helm. She pulls it back grabs his wiring and yanks hard. The electrical current throws her back onto her backside (3 strain) but the droid slumps out of commission. Teyjo is almost as fast as Samarion. He jumps up and lands with both feet in a frenzy of action. The trunk of the SBD bends with a cracking sound. SBD The SBD bucks the Lepi off causing Teyjo to slam off the doorway. The droid is climbing up with it's blaster arm coming up to find a target. It has a strange bend to the center of it's body and looks to be having a hard time. Bifzik is calmly walking forward as he monitors his communications jamming. other droids the treadwell has grabbed a half dozen knives and is rolling over to Samarian waving them to attack. The other droid in the kitchen is a servant/ protocol droid who is shuffling to datajack in the galley and extending his uplink.

Stev pulls out his stun stick and unleashes two lightning-quick strikes to the super battle droid's damaged torso, which jostle the power core and shut down the droid. Stev whispers "Everyone, go after the protocol droid first. We can't let it make that call."
Mechanics: Melee Check 2P2A vs 3D. Net result 3 successes 2 advantages. Two strikes for 10 damage each, which takes down the SBD.
Samarion's already charging the protocol droid before Stev finishes his sentence. He slashes at the droid with both of his clawed hands, cleaving it apart. The poor little thing never stood a chance.
Mechanics: Brawl Check 1P3A vs 3D. Net result 3 successes 2 advantages (again!). Two slashes for 8 damage each, taking down the droid.
As Makio charges the protocol droid, she sees Samarion surge ahead and take it down, leaving her with the Treadwell. "Well, this should be interesting."
Mechanics: Don't know her stats, so Narrator'll have to fill in for me here.
Teyjo leaps at the Treadwell and lands a hefty blow on it, knocking its defenses open for a quick second kick.
Mechanics: Brawl Check 2P vs 2D. Net result 1 triumph 2 successes. One attack lands for 7 damage and a critical. That critical is Overpowered. Free attack check...
Teyjo quickly takes this opportunity for another attack with his other foot. Actually, he takes it a little too quickly, because as he lands his second blow, the force of it causes Teyjo to lose his balance and fall to the ground. He'll have to remember from now on which of his feet is the lucky rabbit foot and which one isn't.
Mechanics: Brawl Check 2P vs 2D. Net result is 1 success 3 threats. One attack lands for 5 damage, and Teyjo falls prone.

Makio looks at the treadwells 6 knives and decides to let Teyjo make the first attack. Once he distracts the droid she jumps on it's back and kicks its camera and sensory unit hard enough to bend it sideways then grabbing it and pulling back snaps the cpu off of the droid unit. The arms stop mid motion and begin to slowly droop downward. Makio tosses the head piece into Teyjo lap as he is sitting on his backside. "You just need to be more aggressive in your negotiations."

Stev sighs in relief "Wow, for once a plan has actually worked. In my 10 years with the Rebel Alliance and then the New Republic, I don't think I've ever seen that happen. Great job team. Bifzik, can you-"
Stev notices that Bifzik has already gotten to work on reprogramming the droids. He doesn't know what Bifzik plans to make them think, but he trusts that Bifzik has a very, very good idea.
Mechanics: Either Mechanics or Computers Check, Bifzik's personal preference. I'm not sure of all his talents, but his listed skills put him at 3P2A or 4P1A, respectively.
"Alright, good hustle. Samarion, since the protocol droid was kind enough to leave his datajack logged in thanks to your speedy intervention, could you see if you could get some basic info from there? Any schematic, patrol info, or prisoner info would be welcome."
Samarion takes the sheared off uplink from the protocol droid, attaches it to his datapad, and begins looking through the datajack.
Mechanics: Computer Check with a boost for having a proper uplink and already logged credentials. 2P1A1B.
"Teyjo, guard this door while Bifzik's working on the droids. Let us know if you hear anybody coming nearby. Nice kick combo, by the way, the balance needs a little work, but that was overall very well done."
Mecanics: Perception checks ongoing for any disturbances. 4A, not sure if a boost for his big ears or anything like that.
"Makio, nice finishes on those droids. Two hits two kills is music to my ears. It looks like you got a bit roughed up though, take a breather while everyone digs through the facility's systems."
Mechanics: Discipline/Cool Check at Simple difficulty to recover strain.
"I'll take post watching the other galley entrance. We don't know what could lie ahead until we get those floorplans."
Mechanics: Perception checks ongoing for any disturbances. 2P.

BifZik programs the SBD to register all of the crew as authorized personnel and wipes the last few minutes from their memory banks. The SBD stand slightly bent by the doors waiting to open the doors on command.

Stev says "Excellent job Bifzik, could you work your magic on the Treadwell too? Anybody investigating the area might not notice the protocol droid missing, which means that we could entirely erase our tracks."
"I don't like going into an area blind, but it seems logical that since the prisoners are as far down as possible, the nobles would be as far up as possible. First, I'd like a proper disguise though. If the schematics are right, we have one lonely TIE pilot in the locker room. I'll try to take him out and steal a uniform. Teyjo, keep watching the door. Makio, since we've got all we can from the terminals, you can guard Bifzik and this area. Samarion, you're with me. Let's hope this goes as well as it's been going so far, and may the Force be with us all."
Stev sneaks south towards the TIE pilot lockers with Samarion mirroring his movements a few steps behind.
Mechanics: Stealth Check, I'll use the worst possible, which is Samarion aided by Stev for 3P1A.

Samarian and Stev sneak south and the door to the pilot lockroom swishes open.
Two pilots are in the room. One is slicking his hair back looking in a mirror he installed in his locker before slipping on his helmet. The other is just walking in from the refresher around the corner. He is wearing towel and rubbing his hair with another towel his eyes covered.
"These standby shifts just seem to take forever. If they would just let us take the TIEs out once in a while." The towel wearing pilot states.
"The Warden is to worried about hoarding the credits to let us spend a little fuel." The vain pilot states as he checks his teeth and smiles to himself. "I heard the C and C XO thinks the Warden is reporting fuel use higher than is being used and is selling the extra fuel for a little side action."
They have not noticed you or the door slide open, Go.
