Keeg is happy doing another successful recon, but worries on how they would handle the Bad Omen. Turning around his X-wing he wonders if he can find that life pod. Likely is going to have to destroy it so he doesn't warn the Bad Omen. But then again, that is war.

The life pod has been kept on you scans. On the way back you run up to it and (destroy it?) It is a half hour trip and you will be back well before the others arrive.

With much trepidation Keeg decides to destroy the life pod, for the sake of The Farstar and everyone else on the ship.

Keeg and Gabby return to the jump point as 4 familiar X-wings drop into real space.
One of the X-Wings break formation and circles the freighter wreckage. "My ship! What the Frak happen to my ship?" Pash's angry voice announces over the comm."Keeg what happen to the Fang? I'm going to kill the Imperial who destroyed my ship." He looks at the damage and knows that it is torpedo strikes not blaster fire that destroyed the vessel.

"Keeg to Ciro, report as follows: Reverted and was bounced by Yt-1300 and 2 flights of 4 Eyeballs. Long range communcation and Hyperdrive were non-functional due to Graviton emissions. Dasha took heavy damage, but all Eight Eyeballs destroyed. Yt-1300 'Krayt Fang' was firing on us, infested with Imperials, and we had to resort to using Torpedoes to eliminate the threat. one survivor escaped and was able to launch into a Lifepod and headed towards the Gas Giant. Gabby and I follow its vector and were able to surprise an Imperial Shuttle using an Asteroid for cover, Destroyed the shuttle and found the Assault carrier and the Source of Gravitons were located at the Gas giant and returned. As far as I know the Bad Omen did not detect us, except maybe the explosion of the shuttle"

"Sithspawn. That is going to make this more difficult. If we run into any trouble, we're not going to be able to get out of here." he thinks to himself. "Good work, Keeg and team. Dasha how is your ship. Are you ready for another firefight?" As he wait for her answer, he begins assessing the assault team's resources.

Dasha reports her ship is as ready as it will be without pulling into drydock.
OOC: You have three Ore Transports arriving (Capital ship (700m) sized vessels) each with 25 former prisoners armed with weapons from Danol and from the bodies of the Imperial Guards). You can clamp on the side of the ore transports or go inside to not be noticed on the way in.
The ground forces (Aegis and Muvon) have not decided who is going on the raid. The Muvon will probably stay on Kolatill because it is the hospital. So it probably be the Aegis with your security and Field Ops.
The Ore Transports should be able to land easily without need of air support, but once the Empire knows what is going on they will need help getting back to the jump point.
You also have the additional problem that the ships will need to re-balance their hyperdrive cores because of the gravaton disruptions.
Keeg discovered that the Assault Carrier is 2 hours at 5g out-system (away from the central star). The planet Kotal II (where the slaves are) is 2 hours at 5G in-system (toward the central star). The gravatons also disrupt any communication beyond short range comms which means the mining station will not be able to call for help form the carrier.
So land all sneaky like, overtake the Imperials before they can kill any slaves, knock out any ships that get in the way, jump back to Kolatill, celebrate your awesomeness and try to negotiate a Noell Ciro adventure set with droid and X-Wing to add to the Heroes of the FarStar collection.

Pash is docking with what is left of the Fang. (He do not ask permission to break formation) It has two huge holes that have destroyed the ion drives and hyperdrive. In his space suit the pilot walks through his vacced ship manually sealing areas off from the destroyed areas to at least some of the items on board. He pushes the dead bodies of the troopers and officers out into space and then just sits in the zero gravity vacced cockpit looking out of the canopy for a while.
As he is doing this first one then 2 more Ore Transports arrive. You now just wait for the Kolatill teams to arrive.
Pash comms the Shador team and asks if they will tractor the Fang on board. They allow him to, and the ship is pulling into the hold of the Rockport Ore Transport 1.

Ciro switches on the House Shador frequency, "Garreth, we have an additional complication. Our advance scouts have detected the Imperial Assault Carrier on the other side of the gas giant. It is two hours out, and it has a graviton emitter that is going to make it harder to jump out of here and putting an earworm in any long rang comms. But it's not all Bantha poodoo. The station can't communicate with the carrier, and it looks like we are all clear going in. We are going to clamp onto your freighters going in, and then will let the skifflin is out of the sack when we hit atmo. Your team will have to rescue the prisoners quickly. We'll cover the escape."
Gareth responds "House Shador will make the Imps pay, don't you worry"
"Good, but keep a few engineers in reserve. We are going to adjust the hyperdrive cores to jump out of here. We'll get our astromechs working out the calculations and send over to your teams" Ciro cut over to his internal comm, "Krayt, you get all that? Let's get those numbers crunched and relayed to the Shador"
Krayt responds with a short, rude twerp.
"I know it will easy for you. Thats why I am trusting you to take care of this for the whole flight. The success of the mission will depend on your work"
Krayt quickly determines what alterations are going to be needed to the engines and relays the information to the fleet. He then get to work on the Hyperdrive engine.
Meanwhile Ciro maneuvers his X-wing onto the lead transport, but he rushes the maneuver stressing the landing struts. Krayt starts warbling at him. "Sorry! Sorry!. It's been a little while since I tried that"
Being distracted by Ciro's bump, Krayt slightly over mixes the coolant with the hyperdrive mix, causing a slight burst from the thruster pushing the ship harder into the transport. "Now who's not paying attention?" Ciro chides. Krayt sit silent.
Mechanics: Krayt makes a Astrogation check (2P3A = 1 Success, 3 Advantage, 1 Triumph) to determine the adjustments needed Ciro make Pilots check against average difficulty (3P1A vs 2D = Net 3 Success 1 Threat) Krayt makes a Mechanics check against average difficulty (2P vs 2D = 2 Threat, 2 Triumph) to make adjustments. Threat converted to Strain,

OOC: STewalker, 2P3A for astrogation? WOuld have to have 5 ranks in Astrogation to pull that off!
Keeg, being a Duros, checks the Astrogation data himself and cannot improve on the course given to him. (1P2A vs 2D = 1 success and 2 Advantage)
