As the four join the Group, Gorak ignores the babbling of Stev, Pheromones? Nexu are solitary in the wild and mainly use sight when stalking or some will use infrared and then shakes his head. Gorak certainly wish the group had some larger Stun weapons. hrm.
"I think we still have the Two nexu and the Rancor to neutralize... hrm, How many stun charges do we have for the Caspel (CSPL-12 )?
OCC what are the stats of the CSPL-12?

Thirteen climbs into the back of the SRV for transport to the next mission objective with 360 holo vid rolling and calls out with Alta Dyson voice emulation "Let's move out!!"
Thirteen plugs into a charing station in the back of the SRV and starts to day dreams about Allistar's reaction when she sees his holo-vid... She is occupying a lot of PD13's processor time...maybe he has a virus.

OOC: The pheromones could work in engaged range to confuse the Nexu from attacking Lodor, but he can not produce enough for any long ranged diffusion of hormones. Sivu does not have the base chemical needed to synthetically produce the pheromone. He could cut Lodor open remove the glands and produce a spray from that but it will kill Lodor so you may want to have a different idea.
PD-13 did you buy a plush PD-13 toy for Allistar?
Back to the Action: The SRV moves forward passing under the first ring of tracks. Nexu are backing away. The zoo itself has a park like entrance with winding paths between trees and large man made rock formations. The entrance to the park is a gatehouse with ticket stations.
Baraduk and Teyjo speeders follow Kl'aal, Fang and Lowggrr as they walk ahead of the SRV.
Bark rats rush away from a log causing Teyjo to flinch and scream a little. Lowggrr gives a wookie laugh that causes a flock of birds to burst out of a nearbye tree and fly away.
Over the PA comes a high pitched voice,"You will not send them back to servitude. To be gawked at and teased. These are noble beasts and they will be free. We will fight." The voice echoes through the zoo.
Lodor feels a hallow emptiness in the pit of his stomach. Like something is missing.

Gorak stops his ruminations and Uses the PA on the SRV "If you fight, you will die. But we might be able to come to an agreement if you meet us. Are you brave enough to face us, or will you hide?"

The Nexu rider appears in the gateway still on his large Nexu. He holds his staff to his side and this close you see it is a electro prod normally used to train animals. "We fear no man."
As he appears Nexu gather on the tracks you count 15 easily on the tracks. You start to wonder what kind of zookeeper keeps 50 Fwits. 20+ Nexu, and a Rancor.
PD-13 climbs onto the space between the gunners with Makio and the Rider activates a identification routine. His cpu pulls up the zoo brochure and zooms into the picture of the Zoo Keeper. "ID MATCH" The crazed rider is the zookeeper who is known for his environmental activist stance and leadership in the Citizens Resisting Animal Cruelty (CraC)organization.
Lodor notices that small lizards are lazily gather on a rock formation near to him.

"This area is no where close to the wild these creatures need to be in. Nexu normally live solitary lives in a forest or Jungle, each one needs several square kilometers as a hunting range. This is not a place where you should make your stand nor should it be where you should live"

Thirteen daydreams in the back of the SRV about giving Allistar the PD13 plushie toy he purchased for her. Allistar says she will keep it with her always to remember Thirteen, her hero......
Slacker completes the upload of the holo video footage from mission to the local media station for a modest fee. They especially like the part where the Fwits attack the struggling wookie. They say ithe video will go viral.
Mechanics: Negotiation check with a boost for being an ongoing mission and they will be first to report. 1 success and 2 advantages. Use advantage to boost sale holo-vid of the rest of the mission. How many credits can he get for the holo-vid?

This footage is now a copyrighted broadcast and is the property of the KMC. Any rebroadcast or reproduction without the consent of the KMC is strictly prohibited. You receive no compensation but it will be heavily broadcast by Kathor News and will be competing with the INN reports.
Gorak and the group- "Would you let us go free? Would you make sure my friends are safe to leave and return to the wilderness where they belong?" The Zoo Keeper screeches.
Makio knows that most of the creatures would do well in the forest, jungles, and swamps that cover most of Kolatill.

OOC : just great, we are sent to capture Dangerous animals, including a rancor, and all we got are a few nets, stun setting on our blasters. Or we could blow them all up. Who was in charge of inventory?

"Your creatures are too dangerous to stay in a zoo. Having them in wilderness might be an opportunity for people to still see them in the wild as part of a 'Safari'. To see the creatures in their natural habitat. If they want to go they can, those that want to stay can stay"
and Gorak thinks to himself, also a good opportunity to hunt, the council would rather have NExu in the wilderness, then them roaming the city eating people. Might be a good way to generate tourist revenue from Big game hunters.

The keeper agrees and you decide that the 4 speeders would have the easiest time keeping up with the Nexu to escort them out of the city. Looking at the map travelling northeast will have them pass out of the city quickly and into the bombed out starport area. The starport is on the edge of the city limits and from there they are in the forests of Kolatill.
OOC- Who will ride the speeders? Who will diffuse the bomb? The speeder riders will not be a part of going to the power plant so you are removing them from the party. They will meet you back at the Riverside Park.

FYI 22 hours till arrival of the FarStar, 1 hour till the teams leave on mission 6. The SRV group leaves the caravan of animals going northeast and travel southwest to the Powerplant. The plant a large walled compound build much like the gas plant. They approach the plant and notice that half meter holes have been bored into the walls in many areas. Getting closer Gorak has seen these types of holes before, but on ships. He stops the SRV and thinks to himself,"Mynocks." You see a wing of creature quickly pass by a number of the holes.  |

Thirteen will ride the SRV to the power plant to restore the power. Thirteen analyzes the data from the zoo brochure for tips on how to handle or repel the Mynocks.
Thirteen whistles and buzz asking Boom if he can disarm the remaining bomb.
OOC Can we improvise a "shark cage" to keep the Mynocks at bay? Maybe using net or cages from the zoo.

He sees that the Mynocks only suffer slight swelling doing to low helium concentrations on Kolatill. With increased helium they would swell up and burst. Some spacers even use bags of helium or helium sprays to remove mynocks from hulls and engines.

Lowggrr might wamt to take it easy on a speeder. Samarian, jitonee, lodar and teyjo can go in the speeders if they want. Pd13 ,fang, the defel, stev and maiko need to help gorak with the plant.
"Obviously this plant would have helium used as a coolent. There might be some spare canister or a holding tank we coild siphon the gas from."
