Crit on a sneak attack. 1d8 + 2d6 + 1d8 + 2d6 + 2. Sad thing was, it was 5 + 7 on the d8s, and then 6/4/5/5. Probably the highest I'll ever roll, followed by a natural 1 on the next attack. Now I gotta pry my sword out of his back.

Bless doesn't give advantage but Malik is within 5' of the foe which allows sneak

Yeah, sneak attack is extra nifty nowadays. And might I add, awesome crit! The 1 may have just been the universe just trying to balance out all that awesome!
By the way, should BA try to hop down to you guys next turn, or should he keep covering the escape? I'd be happy to charge down, but right now I'm not even sure there's a spot for him to step on after heading down the ladder.

Actually, I didn't need advantage, because the drake's within five feet of an active foe.
Yeah, BA should probably keep thinning out the gobs on the wall, and watching for other incoming foes. We should be able to handle things down here, especially once Olly gets back from his educational experience.

What's the goblin AC again? I realize Malik may have had double extra successes because I was thinking its higher. Since there are a bunch more I need a reminder

The last two from the first group are regular goblins AC15.
The new one closing in are AC14 leather armor and shield. They are older and slower than normal young warrior goblins.

It covers 20 square feet of trapped floorspace it was certain to activate the trap and the goblins can not jump free. So 8hp of fire damage each by by goblins. I'm a big fan of using situation to your advantage. The trap worked well for you.

Yeah, it totally makes sense, those vines would have really messed with those traps, I just hadn't really thought of that at the time of casting. lol. great catch. I think it's great when stuff like that happens. Just like I hadn't thought of it, Hraken might not have either, and an unexpected result is always nice, especially when it makes logical sense.

So, what's everybody thinking for the rescue of the captain? I'm thinking that we may need to bring our horses in (the bridge is down, so why not?) and then try to bait the spiders towards the killer shrooms, since they'd otherwise be able to overtake us. Plus, the large amount of horse meat would likely be a more effective distraction to convince them to charge into our trap.
