Izzy
Finding Chetum is easy and he introduces you to his friends in the chambers under a dockside tavern known as Clefties. He brings you through the group to meet the boss. The boss smiles up at you from his hand of cards. "Longshanks, it is good to see you finally paid a visit to our establishment." Lord Noel smiles at you. "Now here is the deal. We don't kill citizens. We don't rob guild stores, we don't rob those who can't afford to loose a little. Since your a transient you just tip the bartender 5% of your take and we remain friends."
Black Arrow-
The new Lord Warden allows BA to look over the area.
The Baron takes his advise and calls Derrius and Alyas to meet with him. He offers her the position ans she accepts as well as being the Warden's Captain. The two leave to discuss security, recruitment, rebuilding, and a million other things. The Baron receives a nod and slight smile from the paladin.
Oloric-
May need to make an endurance check to see if gets and extraordinary success and that extra action he is requesting.
Oloric finds Lady Ariane Sanja a Tiefling member of the council finds him charming. The Lady is younger and richer than many he has known. The being a Warlock and known for vengeance does worry the small part in the back of his mind known for common sense and safety, but the greedy and lustful part of his mind easily bullies it into silence. She is exotic, rich, and a little scary.
Malik
Malik finds as he looks over the sheaths at the leatherworks he gets a feeling from the sword. It shrinks down to dagger size and directs him to a gold sheath with a purple dyed leather. The leatherworker approaches him,"Can't see it right to make you pay to sheath the weapon who saved my town twice. It is yours."
Malik begins to ask about platemail and finds that the Dwarves of Overlook made the platemail armor in the city. The local smith can repair and possibly re-size but do not have the skill for platemail.
The gamblers at the Antler and Thistle (well the tables in the fire damaged Antler and Thistle) include Chetum and Malik finds he lives up to his name though he never able to catch him. He moves from Iiya's Cardhouse, to Brindol's Gentlemen's club where he finds Oloric, Red, and Nodwick, to the seedier Blue Parrot, Maroon Schooner, and finally Clefties. His rounds are profitable except for the time spent in the Gentlemen's Club. He finds his dagger gives him and uncomfortable feeling in the place.
His dagger, Amyria, seems almost joyous in the time he spends at the Church of Magnus. Malik swears he can hear Amyria hum along with the chants. The church is mostly vacant with the murder of the High priest and most of the younger members of the order. Those that are left do not find his last of devotion to the Code of Magnus appealing. He even hears a group is conversation wondering why Amyria would choose a wretch like him instead of one who fully walks in the light of Magnus.
Oloric finds the Herbalist and witch they saved poking through the ashes for her former shop. "Sorry young one, I won't be making many potions for a time."
The Wedding Reception
Lord Noel continues,"I heard before Brindol went into chaos you all where just passing through to Overlook to answer the Dwarven call for heroes and soldiers to fight the Orc invasion they believe is coming. If you still plan a trip to Overlook, I can make it worth your while. We have found the Lord Warden's logs and he has a large shipment of potions to be delivered to Overlook. Who would have known so many dwarfs have a problem swinging their hammers. Anyway we need a group that can protect the shipment and be discrete in it's delivery."
