Extra is only the first roll of an action or manuever. The only way to have two extra rolld in one round is to have an bonus action or multiattack in the round.
The Lord Warden is paralyzed.

Fargrim points at the Warden and shouts "Judgement of the light upon you!" and casts Guiding Bolt on him. The Warden is enveloped by a faintly glimmering shroud of light, (and the next attack against him gains advantage, not that it matters in this case, but Fargrim doesn't know that.)
[Fargrim attack roll: 21, 13 radiant damage]
Izzt dashes in and slips his rapier between the plates of the Warden's armor, skewering him twice before dodging back between the two groups.
[Izzy attack roll: nat 20!, damage 19 (d'you believe I got a 1 and a 2 on the d8s on that one? WTH dice!); exceptional success: bonus attack total (w/Adv) 16(whoops)/22(yay), damage 16.]
[My totals put the damage to the Warden at 77, right now. Is he down?]

The Baron steps up like a batter in skullbasher. He chops into the Warden's midsection. (14 damage). The death priests see Hraken bearing down on them and cast harm on the panther. Hraken ignores the psin and grabs both by the face smashing then to the ground and holding thrm down with his ogre strength. The skeletons jump onto Malik grabbing arms, neck, and leg. He is entangled by them slowed in movement and unable to act if he cannot break free. Athletics vs 14dc with disadvantage becsuse they have you flanked.

Rowan yells for the his next spell and 6 missiles shoot from his hands slamming BA for 24 damage. He tries to climb to his feet but Chetum jumps on his chest stabbing at him again. Wordwise begins to sing but after a few notes his song is silence. In fact the entire hall is perfectually silent.

Malik, Izzy, and Fargrim see the wounds on the Lord Warden begin to stitch and heal.
The Pseudodragon sneaks to Blackarrow in the silence his stinger misses the elf as he passes by.
Initiative Oloric 24, Jario 23, BlackArrow 21, Death Priest Dee 19, Death Priest Dumm 17, Fargrim 17, Izzy 16, Rowan 16, Hraken 14, Pseudodragon 13, Malik 11, Derrius 11, Leia 10, Lord Warden 8, Red 6

Malik breaks free of the skeletons (19 and 26 athletics. Way to waste a nat 20!)
(Assuming skeletons have 13 AC and 13 HP)
Malik tears into the skeletons with his sword. He swings once and a skeleton falls, twice and another falls his third swing connecting with another skeleton but the follow through cannot finish it.
The avenger yells, "It pains me that your leader would allow such vileness into this town! Worse he uses them to defend his ways!"
(Mechanics: attack 21 extra success, 13 damage. Extra attack 13, 16 damage. His new feat allows bonus action to attack with great weapon if he knocks for to 0. His extra attack hits 25 AC, 11 damage)
Edit: I remembered the sword is holy avenger so gains damage against devils or undead I think +2d8? So third skeleton would also be dead.

Malik tears into the skeletons. Derrius and Leia do a combat dance. They look more like they are sparring than fighting. Red laying on the ground mumbles at Izzy's feet,"Grithstane acolytes in grey robes in the crowd before the Temple of Magnus. Healing the Warden. Wish they would heal my poor knee." next round

Edit: Can you clarify where the silence is? It occurs to me that Malik couldn't talk so what he said obviously wasn't heard. Can Reds words be heard also?

Wordwise song of silence is within the Hall of Valor and is not near you.
The people do not like it, but the Church of Grithstane is a necessary part of every settlement. They perform last rights and can seal a spirit and remains to be unable to be raised as well as animate undead. So cities put up with them with the trade off that their dead can truly rest in peace. Some of the Church of Grithstane are actually caring and upright citizens. These four would not examples of those priests. The Lord Warden has recruited unsavory characters in the city guard because he needed their abilities to preserve items for shipment.
Oloric and Paelius see the scrolls the robed figures used last round disintegrate and the robed figures are drawing two more. The crowd around them where the Lord Warden's colors and Heraldry.

Oloric concentrates on maintaining his hold spell on the Lord Warden (he gets saves at the end of each of his turns, etc). He subtly performs a sleep spell where the figures with the scrolls hoping to take them out of the fight (25 total hp of sleep centered on them).

The 2 first level clerics drop where they stand asleep. The scrolls land next to them. The Lord Warden's men around them begin to shake and rouse them. (You have a round before they probably wake them up).
The Baron strikes the Skeleton still hanging off Malik's leg.
Blackarrow ?
One of the two death priests is able to roll away from Hraken. He spins on the ground and cast a necrotic flame at the panther. Hraken must release the other priest to duck away from the flames. Hraken avoids the flame but the second priest casts the same flames. Hraken spins again to avoid but takes the brunt of the spell.
(sacred flame, miss from dex save. sacred flame, did not make dex save. Hraken is having a bad day.)
Fargrim ?

Fargrim swings his mace at the Warden, striking him soundly! And then the backswing bounces off his shiny plate.
[Attack roll: nat 20! damage total 13; exceptional success attacks 4/3, even with advantage!]
Izzy dashes forward and stabs at the paralyzed Warden, but his rapier glances off the stiff noble's armor.
Attack roll total: 8/5. Even WITH ADVANTAGE. Hey, there's my dice rolls! How I haven't missed you at all.]

I feel like your attack rolls are missing something. How do you get a 5? With a 1 thats a +4. You only have 14 Dex? Should be +2 +stat?
Fargrim the same. He has a +1 mace right? No way to get 3 or 4 totals? Or are those just the rolls? You had said "total" which leads me to think including bonus
Oloric was hoping stabby mcstaberson would crit sneak more he he.

Blackarrow ignores the pain of the missile barrage and focuses on his last strikes, adding in one more thrust of his rapier before bashing Rowan's head with the pommel.
Attack (w/adv): 24, so 1 extra, and 9 damage. 2nd attack is 18 for 12 damage, so 21 total. I think that makes the wizard go unconscious, so I'll opt for the knockout instead of the killshot. Bonus Action: Second Wind to recover 6hp. Oh well, my luck had to end somewhere. At least I've still got 23hp lying around.

OOC: yeah, if the roll's obviously not gonna succeed, I generally don't bother adding all of the plusses and such. It just depresses me. And stabby was hoping that'd be more productive as well. Damn plate armor.
