The grave digger open the bags and pour out two piles of goblin bones still dripping with flesh and blood as the Death priest begin to chant. Each Death Priest raises 2 goblin skeletons that form from the piles of bones. (If Oloric is holding one then just 2 skeletons are raised.) The skeletons move forward toward Baron Jario but are unable to attack this round. The grave diggers move back to the wagons and begin to refill the sacks.

Fargrim moves forward and engages the Lord Warden, distracting him from the Baron's next attack.
[Help action, the Baron gets advantage on his next attack.]
Izzy darts in from the side and glances his rapier off the back of Red's plate armor [Attack roll total: 6]. As he does, he whispers "I really don't want to hurt you, Red! Are you sure you're on the right side?" [Intimidation total: 21], and then ducks off to the side, between the two groups. [Bonus Cunning Action: Disengage]

Red yells, "Oh my knee." He drops to the ground holding it. "Dang trick knee."
Rowan reaches for his components curses and quickly spits out a spell. 7 bolts of arcane force shoot from his hand slamming into the new Baron. (Magic Missile cast as a 6th level spell. 21 points of damage.) Jario is bloodied from the blunt force trauma of multiple hits.
Hraken growls and leaps over the line of fighters he lands beside Rowan grabs his outstretched arm and tosses him up over the crowd and into the damaged Hall of Valor. Chetum on the roof takes the chance and drops down the hole and into the dark empty hall to take a stab at Rowan. He lands with his knife piercing the Wizards chest. (Hraken grab attack 24 tossed like a rock falling 30 feet 19 damage, Chetum sneak attack stab Attack crit damage 14). Rowan is prone and disoriented.
The mini dragon follows his master attacking Chetum.

OOC rules adjudication: Can Fargrim hit the Baron with a Healing Word spell before the Warden tools him? It's a Bonus Action, but not a Reaction. If I need to give up the Help action, I will.

Blackarrow notes that his hunch about the wagons was right. He hates it when he's right.
Seeing the group of friendly spellcasters nearby, an incognito Blackarrow grabs one black arrowhead and approaches them, saying in a rather brutish accent "Oi milords, I come wit' a message for ye from a friend. When you git a chance, burn those wagons down and stop th' zombies. Oh, and the bard has'ta help me wit' a lil rabble-rousin."
As he mentions the word friend, he hands over the arrowhead to Wordwise, then takes a couple steps towards the rising undead (and away from Oloric, to avoid blowing his cover or distracting him) and says to the crowd "Hey! Them fellers just pulled zombie goblins from that there wagon! They must be workin' wit' those buggers and tryin' ta use the challenge to sneak around like they did before! We can't let 'em do that! The Lions're busy and hurt, so how's 'bout we prove the people of Brindol can protect their own town from some filthy nasties!"
If he has any following, he'll attempt to lead a group to confront the grave diggers (Nonviolently...for now...). With any luck, he just gained a dozen or so townspeople who could help him distract the rising zombies and grave diggers while the wizards can solve the root of the problems.
Deception Check: 18. Come, my people! Rise to protect your city from something that doesn't actually imperil you, but does imperil me! You can be my distraction while we commit arson! I believe in you!

Malik invokes a vow of enmity for the Lord Warden. He moves to him and takes one large swipe with his weapon pulling first blood on the Warden. Putting everything he has into the attack he smites his foe as he connects.
(OOC: vow of enmity gaining advantage against lord warden for 1 minute, attack with adv and bless = 15 and 21 barely hitting. Divine smite and hunters mark doing 28 total damage)

Fragrim can spend his inspiration point and hit him with a bonus healing.
Fiery looks up at BlackArrow with a smile,"Did you say burn something." He slides into the shadows and the gleeful halfling moves to the wagon.
His words are added to Wordwise who speaks of rising to protect Brindol and having had enough of the evil of Grithstane. A dozen villagers roughly grab the grave diggers. The digger start to protest when a Golden Lion walks up and looks them down,"I would say you be wantin to drop those bags before ye loose your hands." Nodwick winks over at the Wordwise and Blackarrow. The digger drop their bags,"I was sent to help the Battle Mage in the Hall of Valor but have to deal with these vagrants. Maybe the 2 of you could go check and make sure our Wizard is okay." He points to Wordwise and Blackarrow in disguise.
Malik rocks the Lord Warden with his blow.

OK, then. Fargrim burns his Inspiration Point and casts Healing Word (in a 2nd level slot) on the Baron, giving him 13 HP back.

Oloric wasn't holding anything so not sure what you meant on the zombies. He was focusing on watching the battle.

Sorry thought you said he might cast a hold on one of the death priests. Okay there are four goblin zombies.
The captains Derrius and Leia smash shields and begin trsding blows. Neither seem to be trying too hard to hit the other.

The lord warden sees his tactics go up in smoke and settles for a straight forward method. He swings his greatsword slashing the Baron Jario and with a spin attacks Fargrim with a second assault. (10 damage to Jario and 12 to Fargrim) He then slides over to have the fallen red at his back. "Get up you worthless old man." he growls at red. "get up or it is the stockades for you."
Red makes a bad actor his attempts to get up obviously a ruse. "Well I guess it is the stockades for me. Been there before not to bad. Some of the throw tomatoes made a good soup later."
The four skeletons are closing and are right behind Malik, Jario, and Fargrim.

Oloric, having waited a round to try and see who the true threats are, focuses inwardly. Concentrating on the Lord Warden and using his metamagic nature to avoid detection he subtly casts a hold person spell upon him (DC 14 wis save). On a fail he will by paralyzed and at the end of his next turn can make another save.
Paralyzed (Can't speak or move, automatically fails Str/Dex saving throws, attack rolls against have advantage, any attack that hits from a creature within 5' is critical).

Blackarrow replies "Righ' officer, as you say."
As he heads into the Hall and out of sight, Blackarrow draws his sword and shield and pounces on the prone wizard, trying to keep the caster off balance so he can't focus on throwing out any more spells.
Attack (w/adv): 22. Extra success, so 2nd attack is a 19. 9 damage on hit 1, 11 damage on hit 2 for 20 total.
OOC: By the way, quick rules question in regards to the Extra Successes. Does using the additional action granted by Action Surge to attack give another chance to ride the Extra Success train? I know it reapplies Extra Attacks once I get that feature, but I wasn't sure if the Extra Successes followed the same rules as the Extra Attacks.
