Seeing Izzy act Haken grabs the second gnome he wraps an iron chain around the wizard and pulls him up and over his shoulder. He backs out with Izzy.
The giant Ochre jelly is quivering. It's pseudopods are just randomly lashing out in all directions. The creatures starts to feel out along the ground. As the pods slide over the spots the gnomes stood they start to become less random. (Jelly is searching for prey)

Blackarrow is at a bit of a loss on how to deal with something his weapons can't harm, but then he realizes the blazing fire next to him can be put to good use, and he grabs one of the heftier sticks to use as a torch. "We can't stab or slash the ooze, but we should be able to burn it. If we can lead it back to the fire traps and light the torches, we may be able to turn this thing into a giant candle."

You have three trapped gatehouses. The one in the middle has lit torches. The other shoot oil but you will need to light it. The psuedopods look to able to smell or tasts the trail of the gnomes, Izzy, and Hraken. It can only move at a 10 foot speed but it has a reach of 25 feet with the pods.

Well we can just let it chase us through the three traps and the ones with just oil Oloric can papper it with Firebolts to kill it with flame. With his damage and the oil it should go quickly and others probably can add to it.
I think we should grab a captive and get safe and question him since we're low on reserves.

You have two captives. Izzy has one and Hraken the other. THe Ochre Jelly rolls slowly down the hall after you. As it enters the first trap room it's pseudopod presses a floor tile and the pod is sprayed with oil. The pod pulls quickly back to the main body and the oil goes with it. The pod seems unsure of the what to do. It can smell the food, but it does not like the oil stream. It may need some persuasion to move forward. The Gnome chained on Hraken's back is yelling,"Help! Goblins, demons, I am a Gnome of great means. I will make you a rich creature just kill this beast and get me free. Put me down! You smell of wet fur and rotting flesh. Your breath, Have you been eating undead? Your breath smells rotting. Put me down!" The passed out gnome is drooling down the back of Izzy's shirt. The Goblins have cleared out of the area quickly and are moving away from the keep. Connan is letting them know to keep a wide berth from his wagon and fellow horses.

Izzy looks over at the shouting gnome and says "Shut it, or you get to be bait! We only need one of you mutts!" Then he tosses the unconscious gnome to Fargrim and says "Trade ya, beardo!" and grabs his mace. Running back into the room, he takes a couple of swipes at the giant blob. Then he books it back to the group, dodging flailing pseudopods.
[Attack roll total: 17, damage total with holy water damage: 10; Extraordinary success (let's hear it for AC 8!) = 2nd attack total: 14, damage total with the last bit of holy water: 9; then Bonus Cunning Action: Disengage]
"Mulhammor's balls, yer a lunatic, lad!" Fargrim shouts, and catches the sleepy gnome. Throwing him over his shoulder, he points at the blob and mutters a quick orison to the forces of light.
[Sacred Flame: blob makes a DC 13 Dex save or takes 3 radiant damage]

OOC: Izzy, it has 25' reach so if you move to attack and back you'll get pounded? You don't have enough movement to get back out of range unless i'm missing something?
Wasn't sure we were going to bother rolling through killing this thing if we could just run and let it get oiled up, etc?
Oloric fires two bolts of fire attempting to ignite the oil already on it as well. (Attack 15 damage 10!, Extra success attack = 12 damage 10! Two max rolls hehe).

[OOC: Hence the Bonus Cunning Action: Disengage. One of the things I like best about rogue abilities; the attack and move schtick. I can move my regular movement into attack range, attack, and then do the Cunning Action to either Dash move 60 feet (while incurring Opportunity Attacks) or Disengage 30 feet and incur no Oppo Attacks.]
Also, don't light it until it's in the room and covered with oil!

Ah. You are mixed up. That is not how it works.
You get a move action (30'), attack action, and bonus action. You use your Cunning Action as a bonus for one of 3 things: Dash (you gain movement equal to a move action aka 30'), Disengage (you gain NO additional movement but any movement used does not incur attack of opportunity), or hide.
So you can: 1) Move 30', use attack to move 30' (60' total), and bonus to not incur AoO's 2) Move 30', use attack to move 30', use bonus for dash to move 30' (90' total but incurs AoO's) 3) Move 30', use attack, and bonus to not incur AoO's (like the old spring attack but you move before and after attack with 30' max movement) 4) Move 30', ,,well a few other combos
You can't move 60', attack, and have no AoO's. So i'd suggest relooking at your action.

[...all right, then. How far away is the blob? There's no scale on the map. If it's more than fifteen feet away, then I'll just hit the Dash button instead of the Disengage button and suck up the one AoO. If it drops me, then Fargrim's got Spare the Dying.]

The room is 70's across. Doorways and hall are 10 feet wide to give a sense of scale. If this guy gets a hold of you he can really damage your plan. He grabs and envelopes targets. That means Izzy would be inside the Ochre Jelly as you try to burn him.
Actions
Hraken wrestles with the screaming idiot on his back. He tosses him wrapped in the chain into the middle of the room. "Your right Izzy we only need one." The Gnome lands and oil squirts all over him.
Oloric lights up the Jelly and small portion begins to burn.
Malik holds his actions.
Paelius fires Ray of Frost away from the flaming part.
Black Arrow holds his action
Izzy charges and attacks his mace sends waves of quivers across the beast. It shakes like a bowl full of angry flaming jelly.
AofO- It's pod lashes out at the point of attack. It grabs Izzy acid burning across his torso. Acid damage 3 but holds him i place.
Fargrim- casts an arc of divine radiance at the beast.
Ochre Jelly- The Jellies 5 other pseudopods slam into Izzy only one misses and smashes into the floor causing the oil to spray over Izzy and the jelly. Both ignite from the burning jelly's pseudopod. (36 damage from pods, Acid 12 damage, Burning 8 damage, for 56 damage to poor Izzy) The thief is crushed, acid burned, then torched. The Jelly is pulling what is left of Izzy inside him.
The gnome tries to roll/ crawl away and just succeeds in taking another dousing with the oil. "No I will not die this way at the hands of barbar...."
OOC: Thus will be adjusted by Blackarrow's and Malik's actions in this round.
Next round
Ochre Jelly HP 65 left after attacks. (70 total damage)

You do have 2 guys who could do something after you are grappled but before you get placed in the Bass-O-Matic. Malik and Blackarrow have yet to act.

Malik swears and charges the beast to help Izzy. He changes his weapon into a two handed warhammer and slams it hard against the beast. He hits it two more times trying to distract the beast long enough for Izzy to escape. "What is this foul beast !"
Attack=24 damage=14+2=16, 2 extra success (which is all you can get right?) 2nd attack=14 damage=13+6=19, 3rd attack=11 damage=13+4=17
