They would be a pair of zombies. Former cook and maid of the house still wearing some scraps of their former lives. He still carries his cleaver and she the sharp broom handle. They are dripping gore from their mouths in anticipation of a feast.

The Gnomes are in a semi-circle chanting to finish the ritual of transference. They do not react to your arrival on the balcony.
Kartenix lands on the balcony as is off racing north at breakneck speed he charges the spider lord from behind and still feeling the effects of the poison and his beatings thrusts the spear at the spider missing wildly and breaking the spear in two against the floor.
Paelius moves toward the west hall and casts a ray of frost on the lead zombie. He strikes the creature nearly freezing it to the spot.

"Hey, Cap, wait up...yeesh." Izzy rolls his eyes and then runs after the captain, firing his hand crossbow past the spider at the giant skeleton.

"Speaking of that, we should probably enlist the demon's aid. Demons enjoy making deals, right? We could make it swear to return to its own plane after slaying the Baroness."
As he says this, Blackarrow rushes to support the Captain. He draws his sword and calls out "Catch!" as he underhanded lobs his own rapier to replace the captain's broken spear.

Malik moves into melee to assist the captain. Marking the spider lord as his foe he strikes two solid blows. (Attack 21 with extra success damage= 12, success attack=20 damage=10, bonus cast: hunters mark)

Fargrim steps up to the west passageway and unloads his nice new blunderbuss at the zombies and the ghouls [Attack roll total: 17, damage roll total: 5 for everybody in a cone within 10 feet who doesn't make their Dex save, 4 to everybody else past 10 feet. I don't actually know what their save DC is, my attack roll? (really, Fargrim? A 4 and a 1? With a blunderbuss?)]

OOC He rolled a 17 so the DC is 17. Fargrim's shot strikes both zombies and Ghouls. The Captain catches the rapier he looks at the hilt and blade and back at Blackarrow with a knowing look. The first Ghoul runs pats the slow moving zombies looking to feast on the dwarf. He steps on the frosted floor slides and lands on his face (nat 1 attack). The second steps over the first and his claws rip across Fargrim's armor without piercing it. The Baroness is in a magic circle that intertwines with a magic circle the Captain's son is trapped in. She seems unaware of what is transpiring. Hraken sees the Spider lord and races down the hall leaps onto a pillar, over the spider and tackles the giant skeleton pushing him back from the entrance. The skeleton is prone under the panther ranger. Giant Skeleton struggles to break free of Hraken and can not. The second Giant Skeleton moves from the west entrance to the throne room toward Hraken. The demon sees the Panther creature enter the throne room and smiles,"Hah! hag your plans may not go as planned." The spider sprays webbing straight back filling the hallway and (nat 20 (28) on Captain and 19 touch attack on Malik) both fighters needs a DC14 athletic to escape the webbing or they are immobilized. The hall requires a DC14 athletics or acrobatics roll to move through without being immobilized. The small Homunclus hides behind one of two pile of bones before the throne platform. He chants and 2 skeletons form stepping from the bones. One zombie begins to pull on the frozen zombie trying to break her free. Oloric?? Oloric moves into the room towards Blackarrow trying to keep allies between him and his foes.
He chants and throws fire bolts at the ghoul near Fargrim with devastating effect. 3 bolts blast into the horrid abomination destroying it where it stands a smoldering corpse left in its wake. (Attack 23 x2 successes for 6 damage. Attack=14 for 6 damage, attack=13 for 7 damage)
Malik rolls a Nat 20 on athletics woot!

Izzy goes for the ever-popular parkour-style climbing wall-run over the web, which is good because that spider-ring is coming in handy.
[Advantage on climb checks! w00t! Athletics rolls total: 5/15]
Dash plus Bonus Cunning Action: Disengage should get him past the spider and into the big room.
[Question: do I get sneak attack damage on the gnomes and the Baroness, since they seem like they're not paying attention?]
On Fargrim's action, he reloads the blunderbuss and lets go again, apparently aiming a little high!
[Attack roll total: 7 (Ah, red d20, why have you betrayed me?), damage total: 7 + 4 for the folks within 10 feet.]

Oloric leaves a small bonfire fire where the ghoul once stood the smell causes those nearby to gag.
The Wizard Sertanin calls to Hraken,"My friend you must stop the Gnomes from completing the ritual." He is bound to the wall by a chain and iron collar around his neck.
The first 2 Skeletons shuffle to Hraken and claw at him with their hands. Neither is able to pierce his armor. The second 2 that have just formed just begin to walk forward as the round ends.
Next Round
The Gnomes chanting raises in volume the flickering mists are forming around the Wight and the boy and begins to curl toward each other.
The Captain can not free himself from the webbing but he can stab the rapier deeply into the back of the Spider Lord. (4 on athletics but a 19 on the attack for 11 damage)
Izzy walls runs past the spider and into the main room. He has a choice of skeletons, giant skeletons, or the unaware Gnomes(yes sneak attack) to attack. He does not believe his weapons will break through the wall of arcane forces swirling around the Baroness.
Malik shrugs the webbing off and has an extra action as well as his attack (or just 2 attacks). The spider before him looks near death (9hp).
Fargrim's blunderbus pelts the undead masses again ripping decaying flesh from them.
Paelius finishes off the second Ghoul with his ray of frost leaving his frozen next to his burning friend.
Hraken rolls off the giant skeleton and away from the smaller ones. He leaps and lands next to the Wizard. Reaching for his neck Hraken pulls and snaps the lock around the collar leaving the Wizard Sertanian free. "I hope you some of your arcane powers left my friend." He growls to the old man. The wizard steps forward and begins to chant.

Izzy takes a quick look around the room, and then dodges past the oncoming skeletons [Bonus Cunning Action: Disengage] to the left side of the chamber, takes aim and fires two crossbow bolts into the gnome on the far left [Sneak Attack roll total: 21, damage: 13, Extra Success attack roll total: 13, damage: 6].
[Question: the circle around the boy, is it painted on the floor? Engraved in the floor? Does it look like it'd be practical to try and damage it from outside the circle?]

OOC: So, this is a bit tricky since Malik and I are acting simultaneously. I'll post this assuming the spider's still up, but if Malik finishes it off (which is likely) both the attacks can target the far-right gnome.
Blackarrow bounds between the gaps in the webbing as he draws his bow and moves into position for a better view of the chamber. He fires a pair of arrows at his intended target(s), and both land on mark.
Acrobatics: 16.
Attack on Spider/Gnome: 20, so 1 Extra Success. 11 damage, so goodbye spider/the gnome's hurting.
Attack on Gnome (adv for distraction): 22. Applying Menacing Attack, so that's 14 damage and it needs to make a DC13 Wis save to avoid being frightened until the end of BA's next turn.
