The Aegis enters orbit and makes it's way down to the planet.
PD13- Bring the ship in perfectly and enjoys the view of the swamps, jungles, oceans, swamps, and hey more jungle.
Stev- His mind wanders as he places on the Heavy Trooper Armor. He sees a vision of himself standing with thousands of Mandalorians. They chant for the general Zenos. Thousands of soldiers chanting in unison,"Zenos, Zenos, Zenos!" As the general floats above on the Mandalorian Basilisk a thousand soldiers kneel in the jungle. Stev looks left and right and sees Theta and the clone troopers kneeling with him.
Amura- Amura feels a sense of approaching hunt. His mouth is watering and he is thinking of the feeling of blood. As they approach the planet he feels confined by the ship. He wants to roam to hunt. Amura smells Samarion as he is pacing the center walkway of the shuttle. His smell reminds him of the beast he would hunt as a cub.
Sigurd- looks from trooper to trooper and sees them all suddenly kneel. The seem to be whispering something.
Sivu- Looks back from the cockpit where he is monitoring the Aegis systems on entry. He notices the strange behavior. Looking at the co-pilot seat he notices Jessa is just staring out of the view screen.
Boom- Is working on enhancing the output of the grenades, missles, and mini protons and is happily oblivious to the crew around him.
Samarion's howl breaks everyone out of their daydreams as it echoes through the shuttle. Amura leaps forward and his claws are extended as he lands before Samarion.

PD13 notices delay in mission commander Stev's system response time...Stev may need to be reset. Slacker begins a countdown over the comms for the impending storm to covey the urgency to commander Stev. PD13 requests designation of the drop zone from mission commander Stev. PD13 suggests also using the planets mass to shield Aegis from the impending ion storm when the gas giants ar torn apart to mitigate damage the ships systems. PD13 suggests electrically grounding the ship's outer shell to the planet to shield electronics from impending EMP pulse. Thirteen is exhibiting stress stress over impending EMP being an electro-mechanical system.

The MS-133 HQ is on the opposite side of the blast zone and would be a good place to hide. He could also drop into a mountainous area or into a volcano on that side to put a little more between you are the pulse. The Imperial Depot may also have the standard security and thick reinforced bunkers. No one is real responsive right now. Stev and the troopers are chanting, Samarion is howling, Amura is growling, Jessa is shaking and sleeping.

Players influenced by the visions may make a 2d discipline check to snap out of it.

In less than a moment, Sivu takes the actions into consideration and determines that most likely the aggressive actions mentioned in the science team's reports are a result of the same phenomenon occurring presently. He will lock down the door to the cockpit to prevent the fighting from disrupting the flight, and then will attempt to gently move Jessa away from the copilot seat and take position there.
"PD, it seems that a mind altering phenomenon that I surmised to be related to the artifact we recovered is actually related to a field coming from the planet. While it does not seem to affect me now, you will likely be the only one immune to its effects entirely. Be prepared to stun me if I lose control of my senses. In the meantime, I will plot a course that gives us optimal shielding from the storm while keeping within a feasible range of the MS-133 HQ."
Mechanics: Astrogation Check 4A vs 2D. Net result 1 success 1 advantage.
As Sivu hears PD's distress regarding the EMP, he adds "The spacetrooper armor has to withstand various forms of radiation to enable its user to survive the lethal radiation doses present in open space. It is possible that if you entered a suit, you would be shielded from the initial blast. However, if the storm does not reduce in magnitude quickly, your mobility would be effectively neutralized."

For a moment, Stev feels a sense of awe as he sees the massive army around him, but it is immediately dispelled when he realizes what that army stands for. Stev has always respected the skill of the Mandalorians, and even models much of his own combat forms after theirs, but he could never support a group that preaches violence above all else. This isn't right. This isn't real.
Mechanics: Discipline Check 4A vs 2D. Net result 4 successes 1 threat. Applying threat to take 1 strain.
Stev's mind shoots back into reality, as he feels himself breathing heavily. He sees Theta in the same position he awoke in, and begins to wonder what just happened.
Then Stev hears the roars coming from Samarion and Amura, and, while he still doesn't know what's happening, he can guess well enough to know he has to stop them. He only hopes they can break out of that influence before he has to do anything violent.

You find a hilly region near the camp with a valley large enough to accommodate the Aegis.
The blastdoors close between the cockpit and the trooper section and doors slide shut closing off each trooper's area. Stev, Theta, Samarion, and Amura are in the central walkway.
As Sivu tries to move Jessa she squirms and screams repelling from his touch.

PD13 sets Aegis down near MS-133 HQ in a valley in hilly region near the camp in a puddle to ground the hull. Slacker locks down the blast door between the cockpit and the troopers quarter. Thirteen readies integrated holdout pistol set for stun to neutralize Jessa and/or Sivu as required.
PD13 dons his otter box and begins wrapping himself in his aluminum foil to create a double, possibly triple, shielding depending on the specs of his harsh environment suit. Slacker displays countdown and electromagnetic radiation read outs in his HUD.

Amura roll: 3G vs 2D= S and A vs x2T, so success but still a threat? Amura is roaring and does not know why, noticing that something is not right but the Samarion is getting to close, he assumes a defensive posture.
Sigurd roll: 1Y 1G vs 2D= SA and A vs x2 T, one success no remainder. Sigurd sees the crew losing their runes, the senior officer Jessa seems out of it, the team leader Sivu seems to be shaking the kraken from his mind. "Sivu! It is the tricks of the gods, their minds are not right." "My med scanner picks up ..." med roll 2Y 2G for 4 success 0 advantages if needed.

OC: Amura's threats will be setback to Samarion's check to not attack.
Samarion howls again and bares his fangs but does not attack. Amura sees the wildness in Samarion's eyes fade for a moment and remembers his friend.
Theta stands from kneeling and raises his weapon,"Mandalorian warriors enemy has been sighted." His weapon is squarely pointed at Samarion ready to fire. "No I am not Mando, I am ARC Trooper 3TA." He lowers the weapon,"Troopers report." He calls over his coms to the other clones.
Sigurd scans the (random choice) Klavessian Samarion. He finds that his adrenalin is running far above normal. Heart rate and all body functions reflect a combat situation. He then notes that his bodies cell reproduction is working rapidly. It is at the same level you have have during neonatal development.
Jessa jumps up with a scream. Leaning forward on the co-pilot station she is breathing heavily, sweating, and Sivu believes he sees tears."There is something here. Something evil and wanting to consume us all."

PD13's ocular lens is covered and his sensors are also impaired due to the aluminum foil shielding on his head. Slacker uses the ships security cameras to see what is going on. Then he replays the video of the crew's strange behavior on the trooper compartment monitors hoping the crew will perceive their insane behavior. Slacker monitors the anti-personnel defensive weapons via external cams to protect the Aegis.
(OOC: What does the countdown timer say now?)

62 minutes to the wave hits the planet. Your sims show you should be fine on this side of the planet.
Slacker sees Samarion and Amura are still facing off but have not attacked.
Stev and Theta seem to be coming out of it. Theta is calling out the troopers and his voice seems to be breaking them out of the visions.
Sigurd is feeding medical information into the ships computers . PD13 notes that Samarion is not functioning to normal standards.
Jessa is getting control of herself as she leans back in the co-pilot chair breathing heavily.
Outside the ship you have a jungle filled valley and about 2 klicks between the Aegis and the MS-133 scientists HQ.

Sivu will attempt to use the cams to monitor the locked down areas that they have not communicated with yet. He'll also keep an eye out for any energy discharges indicating that members of the crew could be discharging their weapons. "Dajus, could you explain what you are speaking of? What did you experience?"
Meanwhile, Stev sees Amura shift to a defensive posture, so he knows Amura's in control. When he hears the Doctor's assessment of Samarion, he doesn't exactly know what the end result of that level of cell growth could be, but it definitely means Samarion isn't Samarion yet. "Samarion, I don't know what you're seeing, but I'm betting it's trying to convince you to attack someone you think is Mandalorian. You don't have to fight, there aren't any enemy Mandalorians here. The people here are your allies, so I need you to stick with us. I need to you keep the fighting to your enemies, not your friends. Now, are you calm?"
Mechanics: I'm not sure if this would be Charm or Leadership. If it's Charm, he'll roll 2A against the difficulty. If Leadership, he rolls 1P1A.

Thirteen suggests that Sivu examine Sigurd because he appears to be malfunctioning. Thirteen asks Jessa to perform a basic function, a full sensor sweep of the area, for Sivu. It is just busy work to occupy both of them.
Mechanics: Cool check: Rolls 2 successes to keep the peace in the cockpit.
Slacker informs the Aegis' computer of the impending storm an directs it to take precautions. Slacker will unplug from the Aegis a few minutes before the countdown to isolate his systems.
