OOC: No problem! Hope you where somewhere warm.
Lodor and Vandal collect 6 crewmen before the the alarm drive you away. You fire up the engines just getting clear as the Capital ship blinks into real space. Lodor does not have time to contemplate the half dozen you could not reach or the droid that bounced off your ship and is now collapsed in the airlock. One of the three a female bridge officer, former imperial is dying of vacuum exposer.
Medical Check 3D to stabilize. She will need a bacta tank and maybe some cybernetic eyes afterward but she could survive. The other 5 are 4 crewmen and 1 deliveryman. They all seem stable.
-----
On the planet the crew of the SRV gather people and equipment from the bunker. They hear the blasts of the Aegis gun but not the growl and battle of Amura and Samarian.
Amura flexes using his thicker frame and strength to throw the starwolf away and brings his staff (with blades retracted) down on Samarian's skull. The Star Wolf is disoriented. Amura's next strike shakes the starwolf again. (6 total strain after soak on both hits. He is halfway to down). Samarian shakes off his dizziness and strikes out with his claws. He still can not do more than scratch Amura.
-------
Theta finishes stunning the last of the charging troopers and lowers his rifle. He wipes the sweat and possibly a single manly tear from his dirty face.

The FarStar drops out of hyperspace whole and in one piece again. At least the bridge seems whole and in one piece again. Slyer sees bridge crew missing including Taska Rorn. The sullistian's are rising and don't seem to be bleeding further. Ensign Bif Ban works astrogation looking shaky and week, as Colton runs helm, and Lilith is at communications. Slayer notes Laith is also missing.
"Ship is full stop sir," Colton states. "Working to identify the system sir," Ban almost whispers. "Sir, I getting transponders from 3 fighters and a life boat sir. They are ours sir." Lilith states a little hope in her voice.
------
Krudar, Jittonne, and Kaiya sit in the reformed lab. All are themselves again. Kaiya seems disoriented by it all.
Jittonne sees Bifzik looking around a lab table at the wall.
"Fascinating," The verpine states as Jittonne moves to see what he is speaking of. Arriving she sees the Trando security guard, or at least half of him on the ground. The other half is nowhere to be seen. "He dropped off of a mote before we stabilized. I would expect the second section of him is on the other side of the wall."

((I appear to have a less busy schedule than Kyquell. I bring forth two possibilities. If his pool sucks less than mine, 2A, 3D, I'll gleefully give him a Boost Die.))
If my pool sucks less, resolve the boost if he confirms.))
Mechanics (Medicine) 2 Successes, 2 Advantages, 1 Threat (Actual); 2 Successes, 1 Advantage; (2A, 3D)
Maybe she was dead and dreaming. Without wasting any more time she directed auto-pilot to hold the new position, shooting out of her seat with the same urgency she reserved for jumping away from explosives, her helmet gone as she took in the fallen Imperial with her lone eye. There was something odd about seeing the difference between her apparent callousness before and now her taking the Imperial's hand. "We've got you." With Lodor's work in gathering the supplies, she had a relatively easy time finding what she needed, commencing rescue breathing. After getting to the chest compressions, it was quite clear she had a count going on. "You haven't been given to leave to die." She said in her thick Imperial accent. She'd continue her rescue breathing and compressions until the AED became necessary... or darkly enough, unnecessarily. At least until Lodor pushed her aside.

OOC: I believe Kyquell was competing in a fencing tournament this weekend so he will probably post late. He gets to have real saber battles today.

OOC: Yeah, sorry about that. It went from 6:45 in the morning to an hour ago or so, which meant no posting until now.
Lodor hurriedly looks through the emergency kit to find something to help. He finds a syringe from the kit that's labeled as a blood vessel constrictor. Lodor realizes Wait, at low pressures blood starts boiling. This might be our best shot! and injects it into the wounded Imperial. As he looks over at Vandal's efforts he adds "Thanks. If you handle breathing, I'll handle everything else space does." He then uses some cooling packs to reduce the excess body heat built up in the bridge officer. As he searches through the emergency kit for more useful equipment, he remarks "I'll keep trying to treat her, but the best thing will just be getting her repressurized. That should happen, so I think she'll pull through, but I don't know what condition she'll be in." Mechanics: Lodor's pool is a bit better (although just sucks less is a fair assessment), so I guess I'll take the boost and see how it goes! Medicine Check 3A1B vs 3D. Net result 2 successes 2 advantages (almost exactly the same, oh well).

Stev yells "All aboard! We're reinforcing the Aegis NOW!" and as soon as the crew gets in position he'll fly to the Aegis' position.
----
Sivu finishes moving some cargo from the bunker and then takes position in the back with the artifacts. While he's waiting to do something, he'll charge up his blasters.

"Her eyes aren't going to make it. Blood vessels hemorrhaged and ruptured from exposure. Wouldn't be surprised if her pupils are saturated with blood." She noted a grim whisper. "Hopefully she's got money tucked away, or she's insured. I could make do with one eye... can't imagine losing both..." She murmured something while continuing with chest compressions. Part of her wanted to grab that artifact and smash it to pieces right here and now, but she needed to isolate it, by theft if necessary. "This is that thing's fault." She grumbled after administering another cycle of rescue breaths. Chest compressions and precious breaths of life beyond stone silence, eventually her stoic demeanor showing a cross between sympathy and anger.
"How much trouble do you think I'll get into for borrowing the lifeboat and blowing that damnedable thing to pieces? Court Martial? Execution?"

Vandal turn back to the seat the artifact and notices it is not there. She begins looking around the cockpit to see if it fell somewhere and can't find it on board the ship. She does hear something strange. The sound of Mando war drums beating an ancient call to war. It is light just barely perceptible on the edge of her hearing.
Lodor does what he can wrapping her eyes in gauze and placing a breather to help compensate for the damage to her lungs. LtJG Krystien Alyian was someone Lodor only knew from her reputation for imperial coldness and efficiency. She was also know for her icy beauty.
The Ubrikkian DD-19 Overseer series droid in your airlock is now closing the outer airlock (you didn't have time to close it) and now opens the inner airlock. "Crewman Lodor, Crewman Vandal I am DD-19 droid control unit. I must be returned to the ship immediately. Without my oversight the ships resources will not use efficiently to handle the current crisis." He moves and plugs into the lifeboat's dataport.

The SRV is coming over the fort walls when Stev and the group notes the battle between Samarin and Amura. Amura fends off Samarian's wild bites and lowers the boom on his head with his staff in three quick strikes. The Starwolf goes down. Amura throws him over his shoulder and moves to the Aegis.
Theta is moving soldiers into the ship and your crew move to assist. Soon Samarian, 9 living troopers, and 2 dead troopers are laying in the center hallway of the Aegis.
It takes more time to hook up each speeder and ULAV and return them to the Aegis for recharge. In 10 minutes you are secured and ready to move.
Sola the assistant to Dr. Brunou is sitting quietly in her binders in a soldier pods in the Aegis. Dr. Brunou awakens in another and begins to pound the inner door,"Where is it? We must have it! We must have it! Moff Sarne will hear of my treatment! You will all be executed! Shadorman I will administer the hypo myself and watch you die! I am the Moff's man."
Jessa follows simple directions but just sits staring outside the viewport and looking desperate.

PD13 is in the pilot seat when a message comes in from the lifeboat. It is a simple text communication. "I am coming for you. DD19"

The defender and the X-wing each has a few more passengers than usual.
Kaiya finally stands and moves for the science labs door,"Chief Krudar please rally whatever gunners you have and get them to their posts. We don't know what is coming next." She steps out to the lower bridge and begins to command as she walks to the upper bridge and Slyer's post. "Sensors get us all the information you can about our current position. Communications recall all of our ships so we can regroup and reassess the current mission. Helm bring us into orbit around Aariss III." She uses the internal comms on Slyer's chair,"Gorak we have a casualty in the Science Labs. What is your assessment of current crew levels?"
Gorak calls back,"Crewmen are coming out of whatever was effecting them. Most claim they have no idea what happened. Crew level are currently about 25% but should be at least 50% within the hour. The droids are not working as a team currently. I called down the droid ops and they said that the Overseer is missing."

"It's Corporal Vandal or VG 0283, Double Dee. And I can't actually fly this ship... if you can fly or even get the auto-pilot working, then by all means, take us in." Vandal slipped her helmet back on. "The rest of you... good work." She said after a pause. She hailed the FarStar and turned on video to show only the sorry condition of the crew and her gleaming white armor. "This is Corporal Vandal... if any of you can hear me, we lost track of the Captain--presumed lost to space and are currently ferrying injured crew aboard. We need prelim on five, and intensive care on one, including cybernetic surgery to restore the Leftenant Junior Grade's eyes and bacta to restore her lungs." She sighed. "We've also lost track of the artifact, of which I accept full responsibility for, but more of that will be detailed on my report. We also have a DD-19 Droid Overseer, I need confirmation that this is one of ours before I bring it onboard. I didn't see any markings and as it is a droid it doesn't... well... uniform." She jabbed her thumb towards the rest of the crew.

Lilith responds,"We are sending a defender with a pilot out to dock you. The Captain is here and is in command. We will have a medical team ready at the dock. The DD-19 is ours he was one of the crew lost in the disruption. We are still assessing all that is lost."
Lilith reports to the bridge that the artifact is missing.
Kaiya responds,"Sensors try to find the abnormality."
Sensors begins to sweep the area.

"Acknowledged and understood." Vandal nodded. "Now would probably be a bad time to note I've never so much as operated a landspeeder before this." She noted under her breath while angling the lifeboat and adjusting the throttle to a quarter, still transmitting. "And yes, I am aware I'm still transmitting. DeCaville, out." She released the button and turned on the overlay to help guide her in.
"...But as long as I have an idea of what goes where, I may not actually kill us all."
