Stev comms back "Thyte, before you enter the atmo I have to warn you: this planet isn't safe. The EMP field seems to have weakened, but you may want to plot your entry with that taken into account. Also...I know this sounds crazy, but some powerful Darkstryder related artifact has the ability to warp minds and alter perceptions to try to turn us on each other. Just be careful not to trust everything you see and hear, especially if that convinces you attack someone."
----
Sivu parks the SRV and withdraws his fusion cutter. He bangs on the main access door and yells "Warning! I am about to breach the bunker! Back away from the main access door and avert your gaze, the intense light may cause damage to the eyes of many species!" After a handful of moments waiting for the occupants to move away, Sivu will begin cutting.

Boom sees what Sivu has in mind. He grabs the rest of his gear and follows him, preparing some Detonite. With the right placement, he should be able to blow the doors off the bunker. It would make quite a bang, and possibly draw more of the creatures to them so Boom decides to hold-off in case the fusion cutter doesn't do the job. And it could injure anyone on the other side, so it is best he waits.
=============== Krayt begins beeping and trying to get Ciro attention. "Emp pulse appears to have cleared the planet"
Ciro takes notice of the message on the read-out. "Thanks Krayt, Plot the micro jump to get us back and send it over to Carne." Switching over his transmitter, "Carne, Krayt tells me we are clear to head back. He will be sending over the jump calcs in a second, Let's fire up the rockets and get flying!"
"Right sir, the numbers are coming in now. Ready to jump when you are"
"Okay on my mark, 3, 2, 1" and the two ships make the jump back to Aaris III, not sure what they will find when they get back.

Sivu finds the fusion cutter is slow work but is working.
Boom could place a small charge in the fissure created by sivu and speed up the process.
Analia shakes her head ag both of them pulls a cord from the SRV and splices it into the door controls. The door slides open showing Sigurd standing over a KOed doctor. "Men." she grumbles.

PD lifts off and they begin the process of finding bodies. Theta js able to stabalize four and two are beyond hope. They detect six a just south of the HQ following Samarian. Samarian is just 20m south of Amura and the group. Amura is south of the HQ walls sniffing the air as a wild Samarian charges at him.

"It could not be any worse than conditions on board the FarStar." Thyte responds. "Any intel on the imperial beacon north of your position."

PD13 lands and the Starwolf Samarian leaps onto races and over the ship. He does not seem to be listening to reason. In the lights from the Aegis Amura sees the Starwolf pouncing on him. (roll for initiative Amura)
The crazed Clone Troopers are rushing toward the Aegis. Theta opens a side hatch and begins to spray the group with stun bolts.
PD13 is not able to get any response from the PDs in the ruins.
-----
Ciro and Carne make the difficult microjump in the interference from the gas giants. They come out of the microjump outside of Aariss III and see a defender waiting for them.
"Ciro this is Thyte. I don't have time to explain but Taska Rorn and Edly just dropped into real space without spaceships. I have the two in my defender and are administering first aid but if anyone else drops I don't have room for them."
As he sends his message another body drops into real space between the two X-Wings.

Stev is about to reply to Thyte when he sees the Aegis gone and hears Thyte's alert on the crew dropping into the area. "Blast!" He climbs into the pilot's station and calls over the SRV's PA "We've got to move out fast! The Aegis just went to combat our brainwashed crewmates, and Thyte's going to be kept busy. Everyone load up, and we'll reinforce the Aegis as soon as we can."
----
Sivu looks at the door "The base was set on lockdown before the blackout. It seems that the Empire has left a major design flaw if their bases unlock without codes after restoring power. Hm...the Empire does seem to have major design flaws in most of their significant innovations. Curious."
As he hears Stev's announcement, he replies "It seems we have been called back. Let us ensure our comrades and their cargo are mobile enough to answer the call." and steps into the bunker.

"Or whoever closed it didn't put in the lock codes before the power went down." Analia explains moving to Makio. "Can she move Doctor?"
(Sigurd knows she is fine and should wake up shortly.)
------
At the Aegis Theta is downing one trooper after another.
------
Samarian lands on Amura wildly biting him. He knocks Fang prone and his bite does not damage him more than a few scratches. They are now prone in the swampy dirt between the 2 ULAVs.

With a familiar pull of body and mind the lifeboat drops into real space. Vandal sits in the pilot seat and see the world before her. Lodor begins to read scan information coming in. You locate the planet, moons, nearby planets and stars trying to build a location. Scans pick up first a defender fighter, then 2 X-Wings all within 2 klicks of your lifeboat. Lodor also notes that life forms as appearing at the jump point. They are dropping in without ships. Finally, The warning alerts go off. A capital sized vessel is coming into your jump point. You need to move and fast.
Ciro, Thyte, and Carne receive the same warning.
Pilot check to get out of the way. 1D is just moving away. Add 1 additional die of difficulty for each lifeform (crewman) you want to try to save. You don't have time to pick and choose. Ciro and Carne could shove 1 in each X-Wing. Thyte is full already.

To say Vandal had no idea of what she was doing was quite clearly the understatement. "Throttle. Throttle. Where's the damn throttle?!" She snapped impatiently while trying to make sense of the controls. With some random button presses she managed to get some speed, but decelerated immediately. "You motherf--WAH!" She jerked violently in the seat before throwing on inertial dampeners in her frantic button pressing, lazily directing it towards a cluster of crewmen before hitting the throttle and opening up the docks that kept the handles for EVA activity. Something about her movements seemed autonomous, as though she wasn't in control--something else was.
Mechanics (Piloting (Space)) burning the other Destiny point for this, and I want to save three: 3 Successes, 4 Advantages, 3 Threat (Actual); 3 Successes, 1 Advantage; (1P, 3A, 4D)

Lodor unbuckles his seat and begins making his way to the hatch. "I'll pull them in and try to stabilize them. Let's hope they haven't been out too long." As he makes his way down, he gets tossed about as Vandal puts on a very impressive display of piloting maneuvers, but reaches the hatch mostly unscathed as he pulls out the lifeboat's first aid supplies and prepares to treat the survivors. Let's also hope I can do more than try. I can't even remember the last time I've had to do something like this.
Mechaincs: Coordination Check 4A vs 4D. Net result 2 successes 1 threat. He'll take 1 strain.
