The Gnome lands after dodging Fargrim and barely ducks under Oloric's fire. "Not going to get me that easily goldie." He brings up both hands and tosses sand of yellow, red, and blue into the air at Fargrim and Rhal. The sand bursts into a dazzle of flashing, colored lights blinding the two warriors (1 round). When the burst dies down the gnome is running away into the smokey great hall. You can see he is pulling a scroll from his belt pouch.
OOC Sithramir have a good vacation. Malik and Oloric will chop/burn/repeat until all orcs and gnomes are dead.

Below Tleyar sees a flash of a rainbow swirl of light before her. A it dies down the 2 warriors before her look blinded. She sees the gnome running toward the rear of the hall. He is pulling out a scroll of some type.
Above Delrin and Malik stand in a circle of dead orcs. They hear the raspy breath of Khalad who lays at their feet and the screams of the griffons on the roof above.
Delrin 17, Khalad and Griffons 16, Fargrim 14, Oloric init: 8, Gnome 8, Tleyar 7

(From Africa..)
After Tleyar for next round Malik can lay on hands Khalad...unless other stuff happens. Probably just do a 1 to wake him first.

Tleyar sees the Gnome running away and sprints after him. His short legs are no match for her graceful strides. She bull rushes the gnome knocking it flat and lands on top of the little creature. The scroll flips out of his hand landing near a spreading fire.
Looking beyond her you see a what looks like a large mirror the size of a double door. It looks much like the gateway you used in Brindol and in Rivenroar.
Next round
Above Malik kneels by Khalad and speaks words of healing he notes that Khlalad finishes the prayer with him. A harmony of dwarf and man giving praise to Magnus. The old dwarf begins to rise. "I smell fire and smoke. We need to save whatever of the monestary we can."

The fire in the lower level is real and not an illusion.

Izzy peeks around the corner and sighs. "Fine, BE that way..." Then he Dashes up to where Tleyar is sitting on the gnome and says "Hey, T, you're all nature-magic-y and whatnot. What've you got in a 'putting out fires' kinda wicky-wacky?" Looking down at the gnome, he smiles and adds "...or we could just beat out the flames with the little guy here...", draws his rapier and rests the point at the back of the gnome's neck.

Tleyar smiled. "Of course." the druid replied and began to chant again. "Water, accept my offering and bind this contract." The elf sang out. The offering in this contract should have been a drop of water, but without a waterskin on hand some drool would suffice. After retrieving the offering, Tleyar finished with "Fight your ancient enemy, put out the flames!" and with a flourished wave, a gush of water sprayed out of Tleyar's outstretched hand, spreading out in a spray that rained down and extinguished a swath of flames. ((OOC: Casting Create Water to extinguish nearest 30 ft of flames.))

Delrin nods to Malik and Khalad. "I'm not of much use against fires, so I'll make sure the hall's clear before we focus on firefighting."
With that, he runs towards the stairs, scanning the area for any more Orcs that could be hiding or anything that could be particularly helpful in putting out a fire.
Perception: 16.

Out of combat no Initiative needed
Tleyar extends her hand and douses most of the flames in the great hall. One of the things now covered in water is the scroll the gnome dropped. She notes the "torture room" is still aflame. It seems to the origin point of the real fire. She stopped the spread of the flame but a shelf of books and the desk of her gnomish slave master are still on fire.
The gnome pinned under Tleyar knee struggles but can not get dislodged. "Let me go. I'm a wizard, mind you. My person is protected by powerful gods and spirits of kings. Harm my flesh and you will have to deal with the dead!"
Delrin moves from the second level to the first. He scans the upper and lower level and sees no signs of living orcs or dwarf. Many bodies are left above and below. Some show signs of being gnawed on by wolves and carved on by orcs, but none look to be living. As he steps over the dead assassin and down the stairs he sees gnome pinned under Tleyar. Izzy with his blade on it's back. Fargrim and Rhal stumbling blind. Oloric is at the doorway.
Khalad follows behind shortly down the stairs. "My room!" he protests seeing the flames in his old office. He moves toward the room and pulling a now soaked tapestry off the wall begins to try to put out the flaming shelf in the room.
