Delrin is standing besides the passage out to the south. The lava is coming from the rock filled passage north.

OOC: Well, one of the reasons we're here is to stop the nasties from opening up that extra big portal, so I guess we could always use that for ourselves after we take them out, right? After all, we only have an entire army standing in our way of the portal, and we've already taken out three or so armies so far, so what's one more added to the count?
P.S. I forget, is this underground system the same one that other adventuring party was sent to clear out, or are they in some other group of underground caverns? It wouldn't hurt to have a second group of adventurers as backup if things get REALLY hairy, plus it's probably polite to check in on them if we can.

Yes the greatest adventuring party of all time is there. You met them in the farm battle on the way to overlook. Oloric did a little more than meet their Warlock named Jen.

Not being able to do anything about it, Tleyar quickly moved away from the lava before it could engulf the decapitated champion that was the lion's previous perch.

Delrin plants a boot firmly on the head of the slain Eye of Grummish and pulls the pair of arrows out of its head as he scans the area for some large rock or rockslide waiting to happen or SOMETHING to cover their retreat so they won't spend this entire expedition fleeing oncoming lava. If he sees something, he'll communicate it to the rest of the team.
Perception: 20.

There are still 2 halberd swinging orc soldiers hanging around. You know Orcs don't back down, they don't surrender.

OOC: Lava isn't too friendly either, so I figured that, since Delrin is the worst damage-dealer in our party, he should be the one to sacrifice a turn to solve the non-damage-related problem.

Izzy pops off another arrow at one of the surviving orcs, which whistles past his lumpy head into the darkness. Thankfully, his Skulker feat keeps the miss from revealing his position.

The Orc soldiers look from arrow whizzing past them to the darkness it came from. They just look at each other, shake their heads, and continue to try and kill the problems they can see. (Rhal and Fargrim)

Rhal's chain strikes the Orc Soldier Thrice crushing bone and splattering green tinted blood across the room. Fargrim's holy flame finishes the Orc Soldier who falls leaving only one.
The last soldier stands before all of you knowing what his short future holds,"Grummish see me stand and strike for your glory." He chops at Rhal but without the coordination with the soldier Rhal easily dodges the polearm.

Two chops and the Orc soldier is no more. The avenger notes, "I suppose this corridor is our only option." He continues moving away from the lava having no solution to stop it and his deathly fun at an end.
Attack: 21 damage: 12 Extra attack: 24 damage: 15 No more Orc....

The lava continues to flow out over the bodies of dwarf and orc. You do note that it flows around the stones in the room.
If you are going down the hall what will be your marching order?
