The Archer clears a path through the drudges and lightly moves over the bodies to a position south. (H25) As the bodies drop and he moves forward, he ends 5 feet from a fire blackened gnome laying on the ground looking up at him.

Izzy dodges through the gap, runs over to the corner, and dives behind the rubble, then pops up from another angle and flings a couple of poisoned knives at the priest of Gruumsh. One connects, one plangs off his shield and into the shadows. "Dang it, I just stole that!" Izzy mutters.
[Bonus Cunning Action: Hide - Stealth total: 26; Sneak attack total: 22, damage: 17/+4 poison; extraordinary success bonus attack total: 14]
[Figured I'd get Izzy's action out of the way since Rhal and him have the same init; I'll wait til he moves to do Fargrim]

The Eye of Grummish is shocked when the first blade comes out of nowhere to sink into his shoulder. He blocks the second then looks down at the blade."You dare use Grummish's own gifts against us! Wherever you are from you will die thieves."
Rhal steps through the gate and move to the south he slashes with is chain twice and 2 orc drudges fall.

Fargrim strides through the gate, moving up behind Del. Pointing at the priest of Grummsh, he barks "The Light of Marthammor's Vengeance strikes true!" and unleashes a Guiding Bolt spell at him. The shimmering energy sparks and burns his orcish flesh, and remains wreathed around him, glittering in the darkness.
{Move to F25; Ranged Spell Attack total: 26; damage total: 28; next attack against target this turn has advantage.}

Fargrim steps through and a blue bolt of energy crackles over the Eye's flesh. The orc stumbles back with the force and pain. The gnome is nowhere to be seen. A pair Orc Soldiers in armor with fine halberd rush forward between Rhal, Del, Izzy, and Fargrim and the Eye. They swing the long polearms at Rhal. The first misses (attack 12) his halberd ringing on the stone floor. Rhal sidestep of the first attack brings him into the sweep of the second axe. (Attack 23 damage 8) As Malik readies to rush forward he hears Khalad yell behind him."Where are you going you basted gnome!" Nodwinn is running at the front broken open doors with the old dwarf chasing him. Malik 5, Hellena 4

Edit: I assumed that was the gnome right by Malik. Or was it not or was it invis? Anyways if not he just moved 30' anyways since nothing else was in range. If this is right he readied and attack on first to come near him and 12 was that first attack roll so probably miss. Or use below...
Malik takes two swipes at the gnome as he runs pass with little success. "Damm little bugger" the paladin complains.He moves 25' towards the gate.
(Place Malik where Oloric would be. Oloric would not have moved forward unless he needed to aim and would have backed up . probably just push him left 5'.
Maliks attacks at gnome: 2/8 so 12 on first and 6/8 so 16 on second. I assume he uses shield to avoid. Let me know if not.

The gnome running away is the one that was with you. Malik attacks Nodwinn as he turns and runs away from the gate. The gnome's magic shield prevents Malik from striking him.
No one can see the gnome from the forge room. You are correct that he is invisible.
I will move Oloric 5' to the left. Is Malik moving 25' into the forge room? Hellena would attack the strongest and if Malik is in the room he would be her first target.

Hellena rushes forward her tusk's frothing with a mix of blood and spittle. Her swings are faster and more furious than Malik expected. The first drives into his shoulder slicing down and she swings back upward dragging the greatsword across his ribs. (first attack 26 damage 18; Second attack 27 damage 15). "Big man fall fast!" She smiles down at Malik the spittle splattering on his helm and face.

Oloric laughs at Malik and Hellena. He fires a shot of fire but can't see past the big oaf and misses completely, "Take the fight in so I can see!" He chants a brief word of power and Maliks wounds seem slightly lessened.

{That's bad. Anybody got an Earth Shape spell they're not using? Or some kind of fire-putter-outer?}

The orc were trying to move stones around it to contain it. If left to flow without cooling it will spread across the whole floor.

Tleyar sighed. No druid spell known to the elf could stop the approaching lava. Instead, there were other things to be done. All it took was willpower to get the flaming sphere to advance on another enemy ((OOC: forgot where it is on the map... It can move 30 ft, if the gnome is still in that range it will move to him, if not it will move to the toughest enemy it can)). Next, Tleyar focused on form, growing far larger and furry, fingernails elongating into long claws, muscles building up and clothes merging into form until instead of an elf there was a large, angry lion. Which promptly charged against Hellena. ((Claw attack with advantage[pounce]; 1st roll: 10[d20]+3[STR]+2[PROF] = 15; 2nd roll: 13[d20] + 3[STR] + 2[PROF] = 18)) ((Damage: 1[1d6]+3[STR] = 4 + DC13 strength check or be knocked prone)) With a mighty leap and a roar, Tleyar was just able to reach the weak point in the champion's armor, though only scratched the great brute.
