I am working from 8:00AM to 11:30PM today. So if I am awake and alive afterward I will post a map and the final initiative.
Remember all of these Orc warriors are the ones who survived the avalanche. None of them are totally uninjured.

Rough day! Don't forget the thunderwave damage! I'm sure we can wait for you to take a rest after that kind of day!

Please consider Fargrim in front of the wagon ready for action. The riderless griffon screeches and begins to fly toward its downed brother and Khalad. It lands near begin to pull away the large shell crushing the dying griffon. The "Witch" is chanting something but you do not notice any effect from it. Then your horse and ponies begin to bray and neigh in fear. From his vantage Izzy sees what looks like dog sized spiders crawling out from the wall. He doesn't see a crevice and notes they are not making tracks in the snow. The animals do not seem to notice this and look to be ready to bolt in all directions. Delrin- Initiative: Oloric 22, Griffons 19, "Witch" 17, Delrin 16, Soldiers 11, Alex 10, Malik 6, Orog Champion 6, Fargrim 5, Izzy 4, Khalad 3

Orog's knocked prone loose shield bonus to ac until they perform an action. So 17 AC and advantage to melee attacks.

OOC: Should we make some sort of check to see if our horses see through the illusion or are scared, or did those get handled behind the scenes already?
As the shell opens, Delrin asses the threats and decides that the Champion and Witch pose an extreme immediate threat. Luckily, he thinks he has a solution for both of those problems. If he can bring down the Champion, its weight should crush the Witch on its back to death, so he fires at the Champion's knees, hoping that they'll give out and save everyone a great deal of trouble.
Attack: 21. Using trip attack, so that's 15 damage and it has to make a DC 14 Str saving throw or fall prone. If it succeeds on its save, he'll follow up with Action Surge and another attack. If not, he'll end his turn there.
Action Surge Attack: 19, same trip attack maneuver so 16 damage with DC 14 Str save vs prone.

I rolled for the mules and the riding horses. If you would like to have greater control over the Warhorses Malik and Delrin can roll for their actions and have them act on their initiative turn.
The first shaft buries itself into his thigh just above the knee (rolled a 15) followed by a second shaft that strikes his torso (nat 20). The beast is wounded but still standing.
The 8 prone soldiers stands and begin to reform with the standing troops. 6 in the front form a line facing toward the party just 60 feet from Malik. 6 in the rear turn and face Oloric and Khalad standing just 20 feet from Oloric.
Alex with Delrin still behind her attempts to control the griffon they ride but it will not listen. The beast flies over the orcs and lands next to the dying Griffon. "Okay, I understand. We save your brother then kill the orcs." Alex slides off the beast and moves beside the wounded griffon. (she will heal the griffon next round).
Malik

It is a trained war horse you don't need more than a 5 with such a well trained animal. You are riding Conn and he is not over by the spiders who are by the group of riding horses and wagon mules. If you charge you could reach the line of shields and spears. I've seen Braveheart and that does not always end well.

Thinking that charging a group with long spears and better armour than his might be a fools errand, at least until the rest of the crew could join in, Malik charges Conn 40' forward with an oath to his God. He pulls up short drawing a handaxe and lobbing it at the closest foe before taunting them in goblin and turning Conn around and back near where he began.
(22 attack for 7 damage)

Malik's axe spins between two shields and sinks into the orog's shoulder.
The Champion rushes past the rear shield wall toward Khalad and Oloric. He stands between the two and swings his massive great at first the Sorcerer and then the Paladin. His blade arcs down to sinks deep into Oloric's side (Attack 21 for 15 damage) when a shield of arcane magic bursts into existence deflecting the blow. His second strike goes over the dwarf head as the warrior dodges (Attack 11).
As he moves and attacks you hear the old orc witch is screaming directions in orcish from his back. It does not take much to realize the voice is higher and younger than the old orc crone would have. It also lacks the native accent of an orc. The high squeaky voice yells for him to stop and stay behind the wall.
Fargrim
Izzy
Khalad sidesteps and brings his greataxe in a chopping swing into the Orog Champions side. Ripping it out he follows with a upward swing that splits the champion's jaw almost in two. Blood is pouring over the snow but the creature fights on. (29 total damage, the Orog Champion is handing by a thread of life).
Initiative: Oloric 22, Griffons 19, "Witch" 17, Delrin 16, Soldiers 11, Alex 10, Malik 6, Orog Champion 6, Fargrim 5, Izzy 4, Khalad 3

Oloric chants and a small shield appears between him and the Orog stopping the attack (shield spell giving him 22 AC as a reaction).

Fargrim chants "Wrath of Mulhammor's Light upon you" and points at the Orog champion, and flame-like radiance descends upon him. [He needs to make a DC 13 Dex save or take a whopping 1 point of damage.]
Izzy looses an arrow at the witch from his hiding place. [Attack roll total: 21; assuming that hits, sneak attack damage total: 14]

Next round:
Oloric chants again and suddenly 3 duplicates of himself appear. The four Olorics make it confusing as to his real location as they bob and weave to avoid the Champion.
(Action: Mirror Image)
The four identical Olorics all look at the dwarf and grin "Finish the Champion Sir dwarf and we will erase his friends for their treachery to the monatary!" The dwarf feels inspired.
(Bonus Action: Bardic Inspiration. Gain 1d6 to any chosen attack, saving throw, ability check in the next few minutes)
Initiative: Oloric 22, Griffons 19, "Witch" 17, Delrin 16, Soldiers 11, Alex 10, Malik 6, Orog Champion 6, Fargrim 5, Izzy 4, Khalad 3
