PD13 examines the SRV and finds it's power cells are almost dead. Hooking his own supply into the SRV he is to start it's engine and it's generator system. Once it powers up to a great enough level he is able to use the SRV communication system. Finally the SRV begins to charge the Aegis power cells enough to begins it's system's reactions. Given time to charge the ship will power up and be able to fly within a few hours. PD13 could further try to jumpstart the system with additional power from the SRV and himself but doing it too fast could fry the systems and make it require repairs or even shut the system down again. He runs simulations of both possibilities in his CPU as the communication station at 110% of normal peak receives a signal from the Imperial Supply Depot on the planet, a call from Carne and Ciro inbound to the system, and a message from Sivu.
OCC: Three possible plans of attack on the Aegis a) Leave it to slow recharge with it's own simple difficulty mechanics check and will take 6 hours - number of success to build the drive reaction and power cells recharge up to operational levels.
b) Boost the power cell recharge with power boosts from the SRV, PD13, or both. Will be a hard difficulty mechanics check (with a boost for PD13 and/or the SRV being used)but will give an auxiliary power charge to the power cells allowing for operations for (success X 10) minutes. Advantages will add 2 additional minutes for each. The drive reaction build up will still work as above. If you fail in the check the ship takes 1 strain for each failure. If you have a threat who ever is attached takes 1 strain.
c) Flood the drive core. Pump the power plant drive core full of antimatter and pull the control rods. Hope that instead of exploding you can control the fast reaction and get the ship immediate re-power. Must have SRV connected to provide power. Make a 2 challenge and 1 difficulty die (dangerously crazy) mechanics roll. If successful the Aegis has a power plant running on full ready for operation. If fail ship and SRV takes 1 damage per failure and 1 strain per threat. If despair all damage is times ten.
d) You do have working comms on the SRV and the SRV can not fire weapons for a few minutes but can move at a normal speed. Now if only you get the bay doors open and make it through the dense jungle. You do have a free boost from the last mechanics check.

The players inside the barracks are not in the initiative order they are still at narrative time.

Amura pushes out from the ULAV and crushes the first wolf to race at him. Striking it's head the entire regions shatters and falls in pieces. The headless body fall quickly after.
Boom quickly combines a variety of ingredients into a proper Mcgiver bomb and lets it fly the explosive causes 8 damage to the first wolf and Boom uses the three advantages to activate a blast 5. 8 wolves are literally blown to crumbling dust.
Stev bowls forward trucking 2 wolves who legs crack and the fall from the blow. Theta drag shis old bones out of the ULAV and follows Stev. He bashes the first wolf to come forward with his stock dropping the beast.
Sivu operates the communicator.
Analia hoots and yells,"Big train coming down the track." She rolls the powerless EV unit down the hill over a half dozen wolves and it rolls to a stop just past the 2 ULAVs.
Wolves
4 wolves howls dryly and pounce at Amura. Amura strikes one crushing its jaw but the others bite and claw him. Neither blow hurts him but the first knocks him off balance and the second is a paw slamming against his skull slightly dazing him. (setback die and disoriented next round).
8 wolves surround the rushing Stev and attack. Stev crushes one stomping it into the dirt. The 3 left crush in on him knocking the wind out of him and leaving him sucking for breathe (on the brink 1 strain for each action take hard medical to remove). The second 4 are kept away from the Stev one is actually partially cracked when it slams into one of the it's brothers.
4 attack Theta and he shrugs them off with his armored frame.
2 wolves jump on the EV an begin to tear its e-web to pieces.
2 wolves jump onto the back of Amura's ULAV tear at the blaster cannon as Jessa continues to scream.
2 PC
Running downhill allows Gammer and Sasha to quickly cover ground. Gammer's club crush 2 wolves who threaten Amura.
Sasha misses with her attack and the wolves bites down on the club pulling it out of her hand.
Mando are still fighting the wolves.
Jessa screams and at least begins to crawl forward in the cockpit away from the wolves.

PD13 turns off non-essential systems on the Aegis like life support, refreshers, HVAC. Then he puts the SRV in neutral and revs the engines to quick charge the Aegis, Wedging a hydro-spanner to hold down the SRVs gas pedal. The bay is filling with exhaust, but PD13 does not breath and he is still be wearing a caustic environment suit. PD13 moves to cockpit and ignites the ships engines.
Mechanics: Mechanics check with boost from SRV, boost from shutting down non-essential systems, Gearhead x2', solid repairs x3. Rolls: 4 successes and 3 advantage
PD13 over Comms: "Chief PD13 coming in with the Aegis with limited power and life support deactivated. Transmit your coordinates and paint the targets for a missile barrage on your signal."

The ship ignites to life and it's cpu greets PD13 with a "Thank you for returning the ship to operating status. Weapons systems will be functional in 10 seconds."

Sigurd will continue to treat makio and take mental note of what tech works and does not. Possible to scrounge for the needle he wants (survival? or perception? not worried about roll just going to do what he can to save lives.) Does chemical reaction work in say a glow stick type? That will be next as he will need light to work or if quick needle is not found.
Amura voices they need to stick together in this style of melee, there have been no ranged style weapons, continues to attack all threats he can as quickly as he can.

His glow stick ignites and he is able to see the wounds on the back of Makio's head. It looks like with a bandage and normal first aid it will be fine.
The green light shows on Dr. Brunuo squatting in the corner holding his package and mumbling.

Stev says to Theta "Amura's right, we need to get together as fast as possible. The trouble is-" he winces as he feels a sharp pain in his side "-they got me pretty bad. I'm not moving fast any time soon. Jessa's lost it, and everyone else is doing everything they can just to survive. One of us needs to pull her out of there, and I can't. Go. I'll get over there as soon as I can."
Stev pulls his Czerhander from its sheathe and slices, carving an opening for Theta to dash through.
Mechanics: Melee Check 2P3A vs 2D. Net result 4 successes 1 advantage. That's 12 damage to spread around this wild minion group. Using 1 advantage to offset the strain he takes, keeping him at the 3 Strain he had before. With the Defensive Quality of the Czerhander, Stev's Melee Defense is now 3.

Sivu replies rapid-fire to PD13 "We are at the MS-133 HQ. Coordinates in the navigational computers. Due to EMP field, I have no tool to label targets. However, they can be identified as mutated Starwolves and Mandalorians." Suddenly, Sivu begins charging down the hill and he adds, in an unusually impassioned voice "Future communications may not have rapid replies. I cannot cower while others fight for me."
Sivu charges into the melee and throws a brass knuckle-covered fist into the jaw of the wolf assaulting Sasha. The wolf rolls off the hit, leaving no discernible damage and even lightly scratching Sivu with its fangs, but when Sivu recoils his fist, he holds the stolen club for Sasha to reclaim.
Mechanics: Brawl Check 1P1A vs 2D. Net result 1 triumph, 1 failure, 1 threat. Using the triumph to take back that club, and the threat to suffer 1 strain.

PD13 pilots Aegis to the MQ-133 HQ on the first approach runs sensors sweeps and notes the position of all the biologicals and equipment.
OOC: Can PD13 sense the Star Wolves or are they more figments of weak biological minds?
Slacker jacks into Aegis and mans the guns firing the cannons at any Star Wolves he senses, taking some care not to shoot his team. The ship is circling MQ-133.
Mechanics: Gunnery Check with boost from targeting computer and set back from trying not to kill friendlies. Rolls: Three successes, 1 advantage, 1 disadvantage.

The ship does not recognize them as Star Wolves or Mandalorians. They are organic/mineral in nature that closely resembles the composition of dirt but are giving off an unusual power reading. The same power reading is showing in the Imperial Bunker Sigurd and Makio are in. There are a dozen true mandolorians and one Starwolf just a Klick from the base, would PD13 like to target them with the missile?

PD13 fires a missle at the dozen mandolorians and the star wolve 1 click from the base. Slacker fires the cannons at the ones closer to the base.

5 PC Amura swings wildly in his dizzy state and crushes another wolf leaving only 2 left around their ULAV. With the EV running them over, Booms boom, and Analia's EV rolling through his group is getting clear quickly. Gammer strikes one then another with his club swinging like a slam ball crusher he downs the 2 other wolves leaving just the 2 threatening Jessa. Stev bashes 2 more wolves to dust. Theta swings his entrenching tool at the wolves and crushes the head of one. Sivu rushes down the hill just in time to watch Gammer take down the only two he could reach. Wolves 5 wolves surround the rushing Stev and attack. Stev counters their wild attacks throwing one into the other and shattering both of them. 3 attack Theta and pull him down they are on top of Theta wildly bitting and ripping at his arm pulling it out of it's socket. (bowled over 1 strain, crippled left arm) 2 wolves on the EV are looking for a way to smash in and get Analia The armored excavation rig is not made to break easily. 2 wolves on the back of Amura's jump forward at Jessa they land on her and begin to tear at her outstretched arms. (somehow I rolled nothing at all) 2 PC Sasha lifts the club off the ground and races over the top of the ULAV to attack the wolves menacing Jessa. She crushes one but her swing makes her off balanced she falls beside the ULAV (3 strain). Analia is in the EV pressing her hands against the plastasteel windshield in multiple obscene configurations. Mando are still fighting the wolves as the Aegis rises out of the valley and fires it's main cannon at the mass. Dirt and dust flies everywhere as Mando and Wolfdemons are destroyed. A missile arches from the Aegis launcher and slams into the jungle about one klick east of the HQ. The jungle in the area goes up in flame. Jessa screams and kicks at the last wolf She strains her leg but kicks the head clear off the wolf. Boom ----- Dr. Brunuo looks at Sigurd in the green light,"Don't look at it." He twists the package behind him."It's not for you. Your pitiful Shador mind could not comprehend all that it is." Next round,

Slacker continues firing on the any remaining demon wolves with the cannons. PD13 regrets firing the missile at the blips...runs a simulation for the probability that the missle missed the target. PD13 looks for the landing pad to see if it is clear or covered in junk.
Mechanics: Gunnery check: Rolls 3 successes, 1 advantage, 1 disadvantage.
