It is a tapestry depicting Moradin and his laws.

Delrin Moves to ready his bow in silence. The tapestry looks to be covering the wall. Up until a day or maybe 2 ago this was a working chapel for the dwarves of Stonehome. Unless the dwarf put a hidden ambush passage in their own chapel which Fargrim has never known them to design.(religion check from the Fargrim 21).

Tleyar also attempts to move quietly, as to not give away their position. Unfortunately, even with the lion's padded footsteps, the unfamiliar body makes it very difficult. ((Stealth: 6)) The elf-lion also attempts to sniff out their enemies, to determine what they're facing and how many. ((Perception scent check w/advantage: 1+6, 13+6 = 19))

The concept of quiet doesn't even register to Malik as his mail clanks away. He is somewhat back front the scout allowing some room for stealth but everyone knows his bloodlust won't stop him soon as he hears the familiar sounds of enemies. Init when needed: 3
Oloric is the exact opposite, quiet and calm. His experience running from angry husbands has taught him stealth is his best friend. Stealth: 25 Init: 16

(OOC: Sorry I'm late, been a hell of a week.)
Izzy creeps back from the room and gives everyone the basic layout. "I dunno what's up with the head-regrowing-bard thing; some kinda regen dingus or other. Bet he's sorry he dropped the cash on that now, hey? Anyway, Olly, d'you think you can thunderwave the mooks once we start this up, clear away the distractions? Me and Del can take the archers at the same time, and then hopefully we can concentrate on the big guy. We're gonna need fire for him, though, and that's your schtick, so after you knock over the mooks, stay back and light him up. We wanna make sure none of them make a runner for more reinforcements, though, so keep an eye out for that, Tley. You see one of them making for the exit, pounce on his arse."
Tactics: Izzy, Del, and Olly up first, Mal, Fargrim, Rhal and Tleyar behind by about ten or fifteen feet. If they don't catch on, Izzy and Del target the archers and Olly lays down a Thunderwave to clear out the mooks, then the second wave moves up for melee. Sound good?
Izzy init: 18, Stealth: 27
Fargrim init: 11, Stealth: 3 (yay, dwarves in metal armor!)

OOC I left vacation and went straight to surgery so I agree with this being a hell of a week!
As you sneak around Izzy, Del, and Olly find cover behind doorways, pews, and curtains.
As soon as they find places to ready Tleyar stalks into the room. She smells the area and does not find any scents other than the ones in the room, but others have been in the room within the last hour. The passage on the other side of the room has a small wind current and the faint small of many orcs and others. She/he moves forward and his tail swishes knocking a dwarven vase depicting a dwarven smith tipping to the ground. She reaches with her paws to catch and ends up smashing the vase to the ground.
Crash!!
"Wheeze not asleep we are guardin," The orc in the back jumps up from where he was snoring. He sees the warriors Fargrim and Malik standing before a lion that is staring at a broken vase. "Oh more of dem."
"Who are these," an archer yells,"Kill dem."
Another archer yells,"Waits Tusk wants more for de gauntlet. Just maim dem."
The Troll steps off the bard's head,"I don't do maiming. It's killin time for des two and their little kitty." The archers are drawing bows. Orcs are pulling out crude stone axes. The Troll just flicks blood and gore off his claws. His bravado and threats are cut short when he steps foreword and slides in the gore from the bodies. The chapel pews shakes and another vase falls as the Troll crashes prone.
They have not seen the rest of the party and you will have advantage on your first actions.
Initiative: Izzy 18, Oloric 16, Orc Archer's 14, Fargrim 11, Orc Drudge's 6,Malik 3, Troll nat 1 I need Delrin, Tleyar, and Rhul.

Delrin's init: 8. He's moving so slowly so make it extra surprising, honest. Nobody will expect it. Plus, he's still keeping watch on that malevolent looking curtain, since adding a hidden ambush path behind a curtain in their own chapel is EXACTLY what dwarven engineers would do.

Izzt whips off two arrows at the archers, and then ducks down behind the pews again.
(Attack roll total: 17/25 (nat 20), extra-ordinary success attack: 25 (nat 20 again! nice!); sneak attack damage: 23 to one archer, regular damage: 4 to the other archer. Bonus Cunning action: Hide total: 14)

The Orcs are too far apart to really use a good spell Oloric thinks to himself. He fires some magic towards an archer but his heart really isn't into it looking at the corpses on the ground realizing what it means.
Attack: 10

The archer sees the arcane flame burst forward and just scorch a few pews. The archer follows the flame back to it's source and let's fly with his arrow,"Dem humees ess cumin out of dee wordwork." His arrow slices into Oloric's forearm. (dam 4)

Fargrim stomps forward and and barks "Who're ye callin' a human, ye green-skinned lout? Burn in the light of the gods!" and fires a Sacred Flame at the archer.
(Sacred Flame: Archer needs to make a DC 14 Dex save or take 8 radiant damage)

The flames hit their mark and the orc is badly burned nearly to death. He looks likes a tap on the head could drop him.

(OOC: Sorry about the wait,init: 17+2 = 19)
Abandoning stealth after the clumsy move, Tleyar roared and charged at the prone troll, opting again to go for the biggest enemy first.
((Bite: 8+5 = 13, if hits 8[1d8]+3=11 damage))
