Mission 1: Abandon All Hope Ye Who Enter

Scout Team

Stev, Invictus, and the shadow Kl'aal move forward across the surface of the city. Where the elevator shaft once was a large hole allows light to shine below showing the surface or the city/ship. As you move forward the ship is coming to life. Lights are flickering to life on it's surface. The cannon turrets begin to slide and move. Deflector shield domes glow and hum. You move forward from cover point to cover point. Shadows flicker in the shaft of light and a half dozen Tie Fighters swoop into the cave slowly from above. They split into two groups and begin to slowly fly within the large cave.

"They are searching but in this cave will not be able to move quickly," Kl'aal hisses."They will not find their prey."

One advantage you realize you have is the cheap mass produce tie lack the sensor equipment to search in any way but visually.

Ship Team

Lodor follows Samarion who is rushing forward.

Gunthar ignores Kaiya's order and walks beside Lodor and does not look at all apprehensive of entering an alien space ship. "Let me see what my brothers know." Gunthar eyes half close and his expression becomes one of great thought. You never really expected to see Gunthar in a expression of great thought. "The Gree vessels generally place the bridge in the core of the ship so they are safe from enemy attack. I personally find this a wise decision and often wonder why Imperial vessels place their command and control centers on highly visible exterior portions of the vessel. It is like strapping nerf steaks to yourself and going on a Rancor hunt."

As you move into the ship the vessel is coming to life. the corridor leads to a large doorway Samarion stops and places a paw on the access panel. The door slides open and you look into a massive room. Your doorway leads a bridge through the center of the room. To all side hang orderly rows of look like status pods. Each pod holds a Klavassian Starwolf. Lodor has only seen one starwolf in his life (Samarion). Samarion has only met his family and a half dozen of starwolves in his existence. Light continue to engage and he looks out at thousands of his people.

"My people," Samarion gasps.

Main Team

Luke and Quinlan find opposite edges of the perimeter to guard. Quinlan touches from rock formation to rock formation letting their stories of the past flow over him. "This place was created by the Gree under direction of their masters the Whills. The Whills did not use starships to travel the void of space but gates powered by the force itself. They traveled instantly from world to world. Even galaxy to galaxy."

"I have found research on the Whills at the academy. It tells of the academy once having a Journal of the Whills, but I have not found the journal." Luke states to Quinlan moving slightly toward him.

"I did not spend much time with the foolishness of the Order of the Whills and their ideas of the force. I know they believed your father would be the great chosen balancer of the force." Quinlan smirks at him."I know they where wrong."

"We have bogeys incoming," Kaiya states as the Tie Fighters slide into the cave. The group rushes to hide in the rock formations of the gate.

Scout Team

Please roll a hard (stealth vs. 3 purple) to sneak across the surface of the ship without being spotted by the Tie Fighters.

Ship Team

Gunthar moves down corridors to the bridge. He seems to be looking more within his mind than the world around him. The bridge lights up as you enter. The chairs are curved and larger than the norm.

As Samarion enters the computer growls and barks at him. Samarion responds with a series of barks and growls in return.

"The ship has detected enemy vessels and is asking to open fire," Gunther states.

Main Team

Move to hide behind the rocks. Luke closes his eyes and extends a hand. The Tie Fighters swoop back to the opening in the ceiling and into the sky above. "That should give us a few moments before the squad leaders figures out he did see anything on his scans."

Scouts

With the Tie Fighters gone you move past the city/ship and onto earth again closing in on the ancient and cracked dome that you now contains the larger gate.

the Ship

Samarion slides into a seat in the center of the bridge. A holographic image of the area inside the cave comes up. You see Tie Fighters gliding out. "The ship can not identify Tie Fighters because it data banks are a thousand years old. I am programming it with some basic silhouette IDs. The image expands out to the surface of the planet and one TIE, Imperial Shuttle, and Assault Gunship after another begin to appear. Extending further it shows a Star Destroyer in orbit. "Okay, at least we know what is here."

Main Group

Kaiya receives word from Lodor,"Tevan I think you have an excellent idea. It looks like Samarion has secured the ship. Let's go group." The group move forward with 2 noticeable figures absent. Luke and Quinlan are not to be found.

Scout team

Moving forward the team sees a dark clad group of 10 dressed in the garb of Inquisitor Dark Hands. Each is an apprentice and servant to the Emperor's Inquisitors. Each holds a force pike much like the one Invictus holds. Something feels like a crawling sensation behind you like you being watched you look backwards and see nothing.

"You are Stev of the Far Star," The central hand exclaims,"I have seen your action figure. Drop your weapons and come forward or you will die here."

Bridge of the Klavassian Pack Ship

Samarion motions to one of the stations on the bridge. Lodor moves over and sees it looks to have some of the basic weapon's officer controls. (gunnery vs 3d to figure out the controls).

Guthar moves to the helm controls. He begins to manipulate the controls. "Impulse and repulsors are online."

Main Team

Tevan and the others follow Kaiya into the ship.

Mikal shakes his head,"They were here one moment then they where gone."

Jen smiles,"I don't think they left together. I just think they had the same idea."

They make it down the first corridor then Kaiya signals them to halt. In the hall ahead comes to a T. You can hear low growling from both sides of the T.

"Samarion I think some of your friends are awake." Kaiya comms the bridge.

One of the hands falters taking a small step back away from the declaration of Invictus. The Hand in the center extends his pike backward in a quick and almost relaxed motion. The faltering hand drops dead leaving just nine facing you. "The Hand does not falter. You feel familiar in the force and also strong in it. It is a shame you will not live long enough to bring you to the side of the empire."

From behind 2 pairs of the Inquisitors Hands appear force pikes thrusting at Stev and Invictus. Each Hand strikes Stev from behind the Force Pike thrusting into the joints of his armor. (Damage 6, pierce 2, stunned) Invictus reacts faster to the attack the force pikes slide off his armor. (damage 6, pierce 2)

Stev slides his hand wrapping it around the detonator.

The central hand goes to motion the others forward when he stops. He is lifted up and throw violently back into the dome.

The eight left search left and right when a bolt of force lightning throws another to the ground. Striding from the left of you comes Skywalker while Voss moves in from the right.

Ship

Lodor bring up the weapons tracking and finds the 6 Tie Fighters are turning back to the large hold in the cave. He finds Stev, Invictus, and the rest before the dome. Within the dome he finds a large energy source is interfering with sensor information.

The bridge entrance opens with a circular retraction of the oval doorway. Starwolves move into the bridge area and seeing Samarion kneel. They growl back and forth and then move to stations.

"It seems they have declared me the pack leader." Samarion states.
