"FarStar's still in orbit. We could perhaps send something out through that. Stev's in command, though. I can't directly ask for that." She sighed. "He's the short brunette with the blade." She noted, nodding to Blu. "This is excellent news then." She snorted, cracking her neck. "For once." She eventually turned to Stev. "Sir, we need to get communications to Mandalore to stop them from sending another ship into this blasted deathtrap. Can you get a line with Central to see if that's doable?" She asked with a pause.

Gorak speaks from the Muvon's ramp,"Ensign Stev as Chief of Security I can not agree with allowing a unknown prisoner to contact an unknown force."
The aqualish on the ramp next to him has his repeating blaster casually pointed at Aren.

Stev nods in agreement with Vandal and Sato. He then says, with firm determination in his voice "We have to make sure nobody stumbles on this place again. Brophar, send a comm to the FarStar with Vandal's suggestion. In the meantime, Sivu, I want a hazard warning placed on this planet for anybody who stumbles across it. They need to know the dangers posed. Feel free to exaggerate a little if you need to."
He begins walking as he talks, and noticeably stops between Unda's repeater and Sato, making sure to be in arm's reach of the repeater. "Gorak, your assessment will be noted, but as the Mission Commander I'm making the call to trust her, at least for now. She knows the lore, so she'll be a valuable asset, if you want me to argue in the language of benefits and drawbacks. Use of force is not authorized."
As he continues to watch Unda, he says to Ned'Ix "We brought a portable fusion generator, so using a crewperson as a battery will not be necessary. And his name's PD13."
Once Unda (hopefully) puts his blaster down, Stev will turn to Sato, his face noticeably softening from the narrow-eyed glower he gave the Aqualish. "I admit that I'd be glad to have you join our team, but considering what you've just been through and the wounds you've suffered, you're free to do whatever you want. You can talk to our techs onboard the Muvon to see if they can restore functionality to your gear, and let me know if there's anything I can do to help. Just, when you do power up your gear, I'd ask that you keep it weapons on stun, for the sake of our more blaster-happy crewmates."

Vandal had a few choice suggestions for insane postings to put up, but kept herself quiet. Instead, she moved to interpose herself between the Aqualish, Sato and Gorak... granted, she did it with the intention of killing the sooner and turning the weapon on the latter after earlier's maim-torture-kill triathlon, but the Captain sort of implied she wanted him alive. So she was hesitant, hesitant enough to be face to face with Stev, totally violating each other's personal space. "...Not. A. Word." She said quietly before stepping back. "There's also the fact that she's a Mandalorian Protector. They allied with us... half a decade ago?" She noted cooly, stepping away from Stev, looking away so as not to acknowledge the moment of wavelength. That'd make it weird.
"She's probably just frazzled. Biometrics were fine last I checked, but I'd suggest a more thorough eval once we have her onboard. Her gear should be similar in power requirements to mine given I've got some of that higher end A.R.C. derivative. The one with the little shield generator. You know the one, right? Eighteen minutes, tops, and that's if she's got an expanded power supply. She'll need about seven to get a full range of primary suites going though." She crossed her arms and tapped her elbow with her forefinger.

Sato turned and stared at Gorak, almost seeming to dare him to cross the line and pull the trigger. Her own blaster, however, remained at her hip. When both Stev and Vandal stepped in to intervene, she tipped her head appreciatively and stepped aside. After listening to and considering the exchange, she turned her attention to Stev. "Vandal disagrees, but I feel I have a debt I need to repay. I am more than willing to lend assistance however I am able to. That said. It's obvious I'm not exactly popular with everyone in your crew. Should any of them become hostile or predatory when no one's looking, I would appreciate your permission to defend myself. In exchange, I will keep it set to stun."

Gorak slides sideways waving his arm matrade style,"As you wish, Commander"
Unda backs off and lowers his weapon slightly.

Vandal cut her mic long enough to make a noise not at all dissimilar between a snarl and a gnash, mainly due to the Rodian's necessitating sarcasm. She stepped past Stev and company, onto the ship and towards what she actually came for. Within a moment or two, she re-emerged with a missile launcher, setting up her rack as she headed down the ramp. "Right. I'll be cutting up priority hostiles. Swap please." She said to Sato, holding out her carbine by the barrel.

Sato tilted her head in what might have been a gesture of surprise. She accepted the carbine, examined it, tested the weight and checked the sights. Once ready, she tipped her head downward and upward and took up position at Vandal's flank. "Before we depart. Anything I should know about where we're headed and the opposition we might be facing?"

Amura notes a change in scent from Unda to aggressive is the best way to think of it, he does not like the posture, scent or tone he hears from the exchange. He does not detect even a hint of fear from this new mission commander, he has to smile.
Sigurd makes sure Gammer is patched up, notes the scars and tells him to see him on the FarStar for a little dunk in the bacta tank if he is up for it, it would do him some good.

Gorak and Unda begins to walk down the ramp. "Commander if you are taking the Verpine to the ruins someone should secure the Jarrells and the junkpile he calls a ship." They begin to patrol around the broken ships.
The Mandalorians living and dead aboard the Muvon. Aren looks to the Ensign Stev who is in command and looks again. He resembles a clone but is younger and not an exact clone. He wears his armor in Mando/Clone configurations.
(Unless the bosses say otherwise) The group except for Gorak/Unda climb aboard the Muvon and float over the small lake of acid to the small 100m wide island in the middle. The island has a small metallic housing. Maybe 10 by 10m total. The Muvon must hover over the top and have the crew drop down to the island. You soon stand watching the Verpine direct Sivu as to where the power coupling is. The inner space of the room has what you now know as Gree Markings covering the inside. As Sivu connects the power the marking light up.
OOC: Who is going down? WHo is staying topside. Who is staying on the Muvon?

After looking at the acid lake, she shouldered the launcher. "First. We'll know the tensile strength of these ropes if I don't snap the cord and plummet to my death. Or plummet into pain, bounce and then plummet to my death." She shrugged, affixing the carabiner to the cord on the climbing kit and taking her launcher in her free hand. It certainly wasn't the fall that would kill her, at any rate. She tapped her empty holster before the realization hit her that Sato still had her sidearm, but paid it no mind. She certainly wasn't going to be paying for the misstep. She'd likely be more than capable of beating someone to death with the launcher, if something got too close... but she much preferred being able to stun something, like she'd been ordered to.
She set up her anchor and gave it a sharp tug before looking to Stev. "Commander, I'm going to refrequence my comms so Sato can communicate with us. Forwarding once I finish." She noted before lowering herself.

Gammer and Sasha attach lines and secure the verpine lowering him. PD13 uses his grapple hook to drop below.

Once everyone who is going is known Ned'Ix presses a group of markings and the entire floor of the room begins to lower.

OOC: Sorry for the silence, this is just one of those weeks when everything decides to get busy. Is it too late to swap Gorak and Blu? I can't help but feel that leaving Gorak and Unda unsupervised is like replacing everyone's armor with giant neon "KILL ME" signs.
Stev looks at Sivu as the away team musters. "Look, I know you didn't want to go on this mission, but you're the only one who got a good look at the artifacts' energy readings, so you're our best shot at tracking them down. Is there any way I could convince you to join the ground team?"
While it's hard to read the face of a mask, the way Sivu's twists seems to indicate a confused look. "I was already commanded to fulfill the mission. I will do all I can to complete every mission parameter. I do not see how my preference is of concern." Without another word, Sivu walks at a swift pace down the ramp to rappel to the platform.
After everyone else descends safely, Stev'll launch his trusty grapple line and lower himself down to the platform.

OOC: Gorak does not trust you and will not leave his security blanket of Unda. You could leave Blu with them or leave Blu in the Muvon turret watching the two of them. So in the Muvon Brophar, his droid, and Blu (possibly) Watching the Jarrells Gorak and Unda. Going to the underground ruins: Ned'Ix, Aren, Vandal, Stev, Amura, Gammer, Sasha, Sivu, PD13. As the platform stops you stand in a tube that extends through the roof. The tube opens and the cavern is mostly flooded with water. Some building are above the waterline including a large domed building. You see water is shallow to the open area before the dome. In that area is a dozen PD units in shutdown, a small encampment, and Ned'Ix laser mapping system. All are powered down.
