That shaman's gonna be a problem; that was a third level spell it just threw out there. Which probably means it's got more HP than the other shamans did. And if I'm not mistaken, the ratswarm summoning thing's a third level spell, too. So it's got at least two third level slots. Might actually be more dangerous than the ogres.

Well my guess is its a CR 2 caster which is a fifth level caster? Definitely dangerous and I'm pretty sure that spell will mess up any melee types.
The ogres are CR 2 as well and one hit pretty much means death as well even if Malik was fully healed. Oloric is going to try and stay ranged far enough to not be a target for archers.
That cover from the tower makes this a very dangerous fight. Not sure a great plan that leaves us living other than some patience. Try to help the lions and wait for the ones on the north?
Stealth to get to the tower is a great idea if you can take out archers.
We need the ogres, goblins, and shaman to split enough or Malik is in trouble. Hraken will help but we are out classed.

You do have the nice cleric messenger who is throwing spirit hammers around. You have the Captain and about 9 soldiers on this side and 41 soldiers on the other side. Then on round 6 Wordwise is bringing his own group of 30 guys. So just don't jump head first into a mass of goblins or tease the ogres and you should be able to hit and run.

My advice is focus the ranged attacks on the shaman first; once it's down, that'll free up the Lions on our side of the gate for ogre-swarming. Problem with stealthing up the wall and trying to wipe the gobs in the tower is that there's two towers, and that's a trick that's only gonna work once. Might be more effective of me to try and get into the tower and open the portcullis for the soldiers on the other side, if they haven't gotten through by the time I get there.

Taking the towers is definitely risky, I'd only try it if I can set up some opening. The nice thing is, if we clear both towers, we'd be basically invulnerable against the footsoldiers and the Ogres, since none of them have ranged weaponry (except for rocks, which might not fit in the gaps in the tower) and we'd be able to take away their numbers if they climb after us. Another nice thing is that the towers are over 150ft away, so the other tower's archers would have disadvantage on attacks if we take one.
That being said, nowhere's safe as long as that shaman's blasting everybody. I'd definitely put taking the shaman down as priority number one as well. The good news is that the thing has to concentrate to keep up those guardians, leaving it wide open for some potshots and (hopefully) docile for a few rounds.
Oh, I also have a feeling that Alys is kinda important, so her getting beaten to death by Ogres is probably something we should stop.
So, right now I see three ways Blackarrow could contribute with these various goals. 1) He throws his cloak over his horse and sends it running to lead away the searching goblins and he and Fargrim can sneak wherever they want on foot. 2) He uses the horse's superior mobility and the cover of the buildings to weave in and out, taking shots at the shaman all the way until it dies. 3) He and Fargrim go Hero Mode and swoop in to rescue Alys, hopefully not getting squished in the process. Naturally, I'll need landovers' permission for any of these, since we're both in this one together, but since this is a team sport I'd be happy to take suggestions if anybody really needs me to draw aggro or anything like that.
P.S. How many archers are in each tower anyway? If it's only a handful per tower, with the element of surprise two or three people could probably overwhelm them.

You have seen no more than 5 on top of the tower. The tower is 30 feet and the archers are looking north not south.

Well I reread because I thought Alys was dead.
Why don't you go after shaman since Malik would likely try to save Alys anyways and is closer.
