The goblins hear the dagger hit the wall and drop to the ground they are hiding behind the bodies and equipment looking for the attacker.

-Aww, nertz! Well, in for a copper, in for a gold!- Issarian thinks, and swings through the window. Drawing his rapier, he lunges for the prone goblin nearest to him.
[If they're prone, then I get advantage again. Yay! Attack roll total: 15, damage roll 8 + 4 (Sneak Attack) for 12 points. I believe that fella's all done.]

The first goblin is skewered where he lays.
The second goblin crawls then runs for the window and out.
You stand in a gatehouse with 2 dead guards, 1 dead goblin, and a partially sawed level that lowers the gate.
As you hear the one guards hacking breath you amend your observation to 1 dead guard.

"That went well, I think!" Issarian says, smiling at nobody in particular, and then takes a closer look at the lever. Carefully grasping it below the saw marks, he pulls it down, [hopefully] lowering the gate, maybe even on top of those dudes in the wagon! [That would be pretty funny.]

The first wagon is through the gate. The gate crashes down (normally one guard works the lever and the other the wheel to lower it slowly. The gate crashes down on the second ox as it passes under. The spikes pierce through the ox and it thrashes morphing back into an ogre and thrashing in pain. Pushing back the lever locks the gate in the down position.
The guard on the floor groans at Issarian, "warning signal on roof, light with torch, will tell other gates to close and guard that we have an attack."
Below on the ground level he hears an gnomish boomstick fire and a deep roar of pain.

Issarian leans toward the arrow slit over the gate and yells down to the impaled ogre, "Sorry, didn't see you there, my bad!" and then blows him a razzberry. Then he grabs a torch and climbs up the ladder to the roof. What's it like up there?

As he climbs the ladder and pushes the trapdoor up slightly with his dagger. He hears a small splashing of water. Peeking his head up he sees the goblin from below is squatting on the firepit filled with wood. Looking closer he believes the goblin is urinating on the firepit.
His ladder is by the south wall of the 20 by 20 foot tower. The firepit is in the middle and the goblin is squatting facing toward the north away from you.
Issarian is pretty sure the goblin would not hold the volume of urine necessary to soak the logs but seems to be putting out a valiant effort.
---------
Below the two of the three goblins below are rushing the dragonborn who is shouldering his longbow and drawing his sword. The dragonborn is singing loudly as he approaches the goblins.
The Dwarf is reloading.
The last goblin lights a barrel on the cart and hands it to the Ogre he tosses it at the largest tent nearby. The explosion shakes the ground and everyone at the festival turns and sees the ogre at the gate. They begin to rush screaming in a panic in all directions away from the Ogre. The remaining Golden Lions and the Lord Warden are moving from the stage area and fighting through the masses of people to get to the tower.
The Halfling that was with Wordwise is climbing your tower quickly.

-Eww. Clever, but eww.- Issarian thinks. Carefully pushing the trapdoor up, he slides out onto the top of the tower and tiptoes up to the little creep. Drawing his rapier, he lines up a shot and shanks him through the head. Pulling the blade free, he bows to the imaginary audience and shouts "Olé! Thank you, thank you, you're all TOO kind. Really, it was nothing!" Then he checks out the firepit. Can he just toss the torch into the wood and set it off?
[Stealth check total: 26. (Yuss!) Backstab-in the most literal way possible-Attack roll total: 23 (YUSSS!!) Damage roll total: 11. (Less yuss, but still effective.) I think that's all for pissboy.]

He hears a clap from the battlements to the south of the tower. Turning he sees a Halfling dressed in red. He has a wand tucked under his arm,"Excellent showing. Now let's signal the troops and find a way to take out the ogre crashing our celebration." He jumps down off the battlements before you. "By the by the names Fiery Almok entertainer and wizard at your service."

"Al the Torch, got it. You can call me Izzy. It's short for 'where is he?'" Issarian looks over the battlement, down at the burning buildings, and says "...although, if the troops haven't figured out that something's amiss, you might wanna invest in new troops!" Then he flips the torch he brought up from the room below into the firepit. Does it light up?

The wood lights up giving off smoke, light, and not the best of odors.
Your feeling pretty good until you hear a scrapping sound on the east (gate side) of the tower. Peaking over you see a trio of goblins from the bridge are scaling the tower wall.
IN the marketplace, Wordwise and his dwarf friend are finally joined by members of the Golden Lions and are attacking the ogre after killing his goblin friends.

"Aww, nertz. We've got company coming..." Issarian whispers, and ducks down under the battlement. Carefully, he slides along the edge until he's just under the point that they'll be coming over, and prepares to perforate the first goblin mug that peeks over the edge.
[Sneak roll total: 19]

Fiery slides up to the battlement next to Izzy. He waits with you for all three to make the battlement Fiery then extends his hands up and flames burst from them killing the goblin at that passage in the battlement. He falls flaming to the bridge below landing in a wagon.
OOC You have advantage for your attack on the second Goblin. The third Goblin is coming in through the opening on the other side of you.

Izzy waits until the next goblin's head pokes over the edge, and then lunges! His blade plunges into the goblin's neck, but not quite deep enough for the kill. Izzy ducks past him to the other side, away from the third goblin, and winds up for another stab.
[Attack roll total: 19, damage total: 8 (a 2 on a d8? really? what're you doin' to me, dice?)]

The goblin drop down and turn toward Fiery and Izzy who is now in behind him.
Fiery yells,"Hey, meat shield you should be shielding me."
The two goblins attack the halfling mage with their daggers the first misses but the second sinks his blade into the surprised mage and the halfling falls.
On the bridge the wagon the flaming goblin falls on explodes blowing ogre and wagon bits into the sky.
The dwarf in the marketplace below gets to close to the Ogre and is downed.
Wordwise and the Golden Lions are attacking the Ogre from four direction and locked into his yoke the Ogre is an easy target. The Lord Warden finishes the Ogre then barks orders to his 2 guards to secure the tower. This does not help you much being 4 stories up with 2 Goblins staring you down.
