PD13 boarded the SRV and climbed onto the ramp with the Captain and Allistar. Walking up to the trooper compartment the Captain begins to give orders to Blu and Que.
"Blu get us back to the ship before the Bad Omen hits real space..." A stun bolt appears out of nowhere behind the captain. At the same time another appears behind Allistar and an Ion bolt behind PD13.
As PD13 systems shuts down his last recording is of a mist appearing in the form of a spider swirling around an older imperial officer who appears just as PD shuts down.
PD13 system restart is will vs. 6D first minute, 5D second minute, 4D third minute, 3D fourth minute, 2D fifth minute, 1D sixth minute and all minutes after. Please roll and let me know when he boots-up.

16 citizens militia of Domaz hear the speech of Gorak. They walk forward each is dressed in blast vests and carry blaster rifles issued by the FarStar. Inspired by your speech they join your cause. (leadership squad rules you now have minion squads M1 through M4 they have the stats of a Alliance Infantry minion group).
Baraduk tries to relay your message to the Aegis but it is not responding.
Eric and Kem are gunners on the SRV with Tann and Biv piloting.
Unda was in the Aegis.
Scorne is with you. As are Alpha Squad Thanis, Teyjo, Bravo Squad Amura, Thanis, Baraduk
Field Ops Kaiya, Stev, Gunthar, Qesya (with e-web), Gammer, Analia, Sigurd (field medic with combat skills Shadorman)
I am posting the area map but am just putting everyone in a clump until you tell me where they will be. The SRV is coming back from dropping off the captain and should be there soon.

From tactical on the FarStar Jessa is scanning the battlefield and feeding information to your datapads. She says these are heavy trooper units. They will have 4 troopers and a sergeant. The sergeant will have either a e-web or a RPG. One trooper will also carry a personal shield generator. Their common tactic is to spot the enemy then set up the heavy weapons using the shield to protect the weapon. They will try to create crossfire situations with the placements of units and rely on the big guns. If you strike before they have a chance to set up, or when they are moving they are venerable. Gorak's minions will move with him and he needs to roll a leadership each turn to see how they respond to his commands. It is a leadership vs. 2d roll currently. Initiative will be started as soon as the enemy is engaged. Until then you will move on 1 minute turns not 10 second combat rounds. Your units move about 30m per minute at a cautious speed. Each small square on the map is 5m. The colored borders show the levels of the building. Green is 1 to 3 levels, Yellow is 4 to 5, Orange is 6 to 10, and red is 11+. The snipers are on an orange 10 story building currently and only the red buildings are taller. orange and red buildings block their line of sight. Green and yellow do not block their line of sight unless the target is adjacent to them..

As Gorak hears the Aegis is not responding, he swears a rather potent Rodian swear, "So much for heavy weapons, and CAS, they must have lifted off already"
"Tann Biv, you know what to do... your are the most mobile and should be able to find a way to get around"
"Kaiya take the northern flank with field ops, Scourne take southern flank with Alpha, I will take the milita in the center. The futher forward we get the better we get at flanking the targets... SO MOVE IT!"
Gorak is going to try and position his group in the center orange rectangular building with the big crater it in.. or at least try to hustle and get there going to form a Skirmish formation with his squad with 8 (M1 and M2) and the other 2 groups (M3 M4)are independent.. .relatively.
Mechanics Average Leadership check, 1 success (yea this isn't going to go very well, likly "Kotali independace day" is going to be known as a slaughter lead by a sadistic Rodian)

PD13's ocular lense focuses in black and white mode.....with minimal sensor/peripherals enabled. PD13 recognizes safe-mode and restarts his systems again in normal mode.......................Black screen automated system restart initiated.........................
PD13's ocular lense focus in high definition color.....recognizes his axis is orthogonal to the gravitational vector....Slacker runs 360 holo-cam feed from short term memory in his HUD in widescreen mode to determine what just happened. Slacker suspects Thirteen blue screened from too much system stress over Allistar's attention...................

Stev pulls on his hunting goggles and begins designating rocket targets. "Snipers, the RPGs can be devastating against us, but they're just as dangerous to the Imperials using them. If you think you can make the shot, aim for the rockets, and you'll take out the entire squad."
"After the first shot, scramble away in different directions. If they don't know where the snipers are, they'll never be able to hit us. If you're short on gear, I've got an extra set of climber's gear to help scale the buildings. Remember, if they fire one rocket in our direction, there's little chance of survival, so we need to keep them confused."
Stev then comms the Muvon. "I know you're too busy treating the blast victims to provide air support, but if you can station someone at the dorsal turret, watch to make sure nobody gets past us or to cover our retreat if we need one."

Noell's squad approaches the area in the system where he remembers them reverting from hyperspace when returning from Kolatil II. He calls into the comm, "Farstar Command, we need some intel out here. Any information on where we can expect the Bad Omen?"
While he waits for a response, he calls back to his astromech. "Krayt, we are going to need all systems at peak efficiency." Realizing that Krayt will be able to respond to any damage to the ship faster than he can order, he decides to take a highly unlikely plan. "I will need to concentrate on offense, so I will need you to handle the defenses of our little fighter. As long as you do not get in my way of flying or using the weapons, I give you authorization to take whatever action you determine is needed to keep the ship flying. Just keep me informed of what you are doing."

Boom sees all the action going on around and wonders what he can do to help. Looking at the fireworks, he gets the idea that maybe some of these could be modified so that he can use them as a wepon. Realizing that some of powder will be compacted in order to slow the burn and give a longer display, he starts taking a few of them and start breaking the core into a loose powder. This should cause a sudden and violent explosion once the fuse burns through. Maybe he can even surprise the attackers.
Mechanics: Mechanics (Demolitions) vs Avg Difficulty: 2P2A vs 2D = Net 5 Successes resulting in a makeshift grenade launcher

PD13 boot up and notices he is floating in turtle stage in a trooper compartment. Each trooper has their own airlock that can be sealed when they drop from the Aegis. The area is pitch black.

Kaiya, Gammer, Stev, and Analia set up firing position 30m above street level. Alta takes the field ops north that are not sniping above. Scorne take the security team members here and travel south of the sniping positions. Gorak and his militia take the middle working their way to the crater. The crater does provide a natural bunker for the squads. The SRV is almost at the edge of the park. The southern group of three trooper squads have found someone in the green building they surround and are surrounding the building firing on someone or something inside.

Stev grits his teeth as he hears each shot echo through the alleyways. "Commander, I know they're clearly trying to bait us into a trap, but if there really are civilians out there, we can't just let them be slaughtered. I'm requesting permission to break from the snipers and engage the three southern trooper squads. I probably can't take them down alone, but I think I can get them chasing me so that whoever's in that building can escape."

Boom and Sivu work retrofitting the fireworks into an accurate firing system that will burst and distribute the sulfur in a large cloud. They just need to fire at now.
