Sorting through the pouch on his utility pouch, Thirteen finds two smoke grenades and clips them onto his bandolier. He sets his light blaster to kill and Integrated hold-out pistol set to stun. Alta Dyson emulated voice says "We can use smoke grenades to provide concealment for the team that rescues the prince."

"Maybe we could also use some explosives that pack a bit more punch. Since we couldn't hear this guy giving his fancy speech until we opened the door, that should mean that this room holds in sound pretty well. If Boom could set up some minor to moderate explosives and Kl'aal could sneak behind the troopers and set them up, we can move into cover, close the door, and set them off, so the fight changes from 15 on 6 to 5 on 6, and we could use the chaos and confusion to have some of our guys move to take off the prince's chains and take him to safety while everyone else lays down suppressing fire from cover. With the sound absorbed by the doors nobody else in the prison should even know something blew up, but that's the part I'm guessing on."
OOC: Toric was described as being stripped to a loincloth and chained to the altar, but can we see if those chains and restraints include a slave collar? That could make a big difference in our plans.

If boom had his way this room would be turned into a crater. Can't have that until we get the prince

The prince has no slave collar. Just chains and a nice crystal pendant hanging from a thin chain around his neck. The room is domed higher than the rest of the level and pretty big.

"A crystal pendant? Weren't the Darkstryder artifacts crystals? That could explain why the cook was claiming that Toric wasn't Toric anymore, that crystal could be putting him in a mind control grip or catatonic state or something like that. We should probably get that thing away from him quickly."

Boom readies his grenades, taking out a smoke for his right hand and a frag grenade, holding up so that Gorak can pick which to use first. Finally, some fun.

The Warden continues his sermon/ rant and looking you notice he has a triangular crystal on his left hand. Each officer is wearing a crystal much like Toric. The four officers before him are senior ranking probably his command group on the station. Of the 5 troopers on each side the one closest to the alter have sergeant ranking on their armor.
OOC: Once you have a good plan and are ready to move let me know your first moves and that it is go time.

Gorak listens to the input from the others and nods his head in agreement "I think the time for subelty needs to go on jsut a bit longer. I think this area is cut off from the rest, which would allow us an opportunity to act before reinforcements or an alarm is raised. But we need to make sure we get what is left of the prince intact before the alarm is raised or someone escapes this room."
Fang, sneak around to the other side. Pasha stay here and guard this area, preferably from inside. Kla'al your the best right now to capture the prince intact. The rest, sneak up to the Statues and ready your grenades. The Droid can provide cover and confusion for us.

Thirteen readies to throws two smoke grenades to lay down an escape route to the door when he sees Kha''al has the Prince Toric.
Mechanics: Ranged Light to throw grenades: 1 success and 3 advantages. Uses advantages to layout the grenades to make a path of concealment to the door.
Then Thirteen lays down covering fire.

Lodor swaps the vibroknife for a stun grenade (he doesn't have any frags) and sneaks into position behind a statue.

Boom readies his smoke grenade, but has his frag ready to go as soon as the smoke goes off. He is not going to miss out on any more fun and let someone else get to Boom first.
OOC: Let GM narrate events since not sure when Boom activates or what else is occuring.
Mechanics: Smoke Grenade: (1P2A vs 2D): Net 2 Success 2 Advantage (Used to increase confusion of imperial, giving boost to Frag grenade chance to catch them in it's blast) Frag Grenade: (1P2A1B vs 2d): Failure with 5 advantage. (Boom was too eager for destruction and overthrew grenade. Activate critical, causing as much strutural damage, but missing all of the Imps.)

Amur pads to the other side quietly the booming voice of Locain making it easy to move from statue to statue. He pulls a long staff from his back and readies to extend the blades of his Cathar war staff and attack the troopers. It has been too long since his blades have seen blood. Sasha prepares her rifles to raise and target. Lodor slides behind the wall and readies his grenade. Boom follows Amur stopping behind the statue of an armored warrior with a bald burned head and a lightsaber held in front of him. Boom can already see the shattering of the temple, the glory of chaos that is to come. He notices the center of the temple has areas covered with sand with patterns of stones and rocks set on them and lines burrowed in the sand. Gorak readies his weapons and tries to watch Kl'aal approach to the Prince. PD13 has smoke grenades ready. Kl'aal is a shadow as he crawls the floor to the base of the alter. He pulls breaching tape from his flat black pouch and places some on both connections between the chains binding Toric and the alter. When the tape bursts into chemical reactions melting through the steel the Warden and his men react to the sound and light. Before they can move PD13 grenades burst at the base of the alter covering the officers, Warden, Kl'aal, and Prince Toric in dense smoke. GO! First Round Initiative Toric- Stands looking confused as the smoke billows over him he looks to the Warden with pleading eyes. Officers- The officers are a disciplined group they back out of the growing smoke and circle the alter weapons ready for Kl'aal attempt to leave. They believe Kl'aal started the smoke grenades and are not sure the rest of you are there. They are ready to fire at the first enemy they see. Two are to the south and two to the north spread out. Warden- "I can't see you but I can see your mind. Toric stop him and bring him to me for questioning." The Warden steps out of the smoke to the south and begin searching the alter for other attackers. He is ready for one to appear. Toric given directions grabs Kl'aal and lifts him smashing him into the ground twice and disarming Kl'aal. Kl'aal forearm is shattered as his smashes on the alter. (Kl'aal 10 strain and a broken limb) Troopers 1- The Sergeant on Amur's side reacts first," Troopers to arms pairs of two sweep the temple. He moves to protect the Warden his weapon ready. His unit of troopers split into pairs. Two are moving west toward Amur and 2 are heading south toward Boom. Both have weapons ready. 3 PC (first come first move) Troopers 2- 4 PC

Booms smoke grenade lands in the midst of the trooper unit that has yet to move. It burst around them and the smoke curls around the wall obscuring Lodor. His frag grenade lands in the middle of the sand gardens blowing sand and rock into the air and destroying the walkway in the middle.
The 2 troopers from trooper unit 1 that where walking toward Boom's area fire at the statue/ shadow of Boom. The 2 troopers that where moving to Amur stop and turn toward the blast (2 boosts to Amur's attack). The troopers where shocked by the frag blast but their blaster fire grazes Boom for 4 wounds.
2 PC left (first come first move) Troopers 2- 4 PC

Thirteen fires his light blaster liberally into the (bright red) officers from the small space between statue and wall to maximize his cover. From his viewpoint the targets a are cluster tightly together and Slacker calculates high probability that at least one will be hit.
Mechanics: Light Ranged check he rolls 4 successes.
