The Aegis arrives and on the advice of the Muvon crew sets down in the Riverside Park. They quickly unload and begin to add to the defenses of Theta's Clonetroopers.

The Aegis lands on the clearing west of the tent town first. Unda take the Alpha squad west and starts to sweep the area while Scourne takes her team East and sweeping the area and then she will move on to secure the bombed out spaceport for landing of the relief freighters from Torize and Kal'Shabbol. Fang limps off the ship awaitingrthe landing of the Muvon to seek medical attention along with Gunthar and Qesya.
People of the tent town and Theta approach as the field ops team follow security down the ramp. The crowd begins to clap and cheer and holocamera drones are buzzing around you. PD13 begins a proud walk down the ramp followed by Stev, Sasha, Boom, Kaiya,Analia, Lodor, Jitonne, and Gammer. As they reach the bottom of the ramp the crowd almost tramples PD13 on the way to pelt Stev with questions.
Blu stands in the ramp doorway and nods to Commander Theta. Que is not leaving the Aegis Blu only explains he is camera shy. Gorak pulls his hood on and stands in the shadows of the ramp doorway waiting for the clamor to die down. His security teams so far are reporting the area is clear.

Stev's time in the spotlight is a short one as the Muvon lands to the east of the tent town (between the town and the river). The ramp of the Muvon opens and HK-74 steps down to a guard position. Following him are Lt Slyer, Thane, Jessa, Sivu, Loh'Khar, Raso, and Alta Dyson.
Alta waits until the rest of the crew are at the bottom of the ramp and enough citizens have approached then begins his slow walk down the ramp. Teeth flashing in the sunlight, hand raised in triumph, chest nearly bursting his immaculate uniform the hero of the rebellion steps forward.
The crowd stops pauses in disbelief then rushes forward.
HK-74 begins to drop to a firing position before Thane stops him.
The crowd by the Aegis like a wave flow from the Aegis and rush to the Muvon. Soon the Field Operations and Security stand alone except for Theta on the west side of the park.
Thane ask Alta to proceed to a park bandstand he sees to allow the Muvon to begin its work of providing medical attention.
A citizen comes forth as request that your command teams meet the Coucilman Krause in the main tent.
Kaiya asks Stev and Gammer to join her. Boom and PD13 follow. Gorak would be command team. Lt. Slyer asks LT Dejas and Sivu to come with.
Gunthar, Qesya, and Fang join as security for the Muvon as well as receiving medical attention.
As they begin to move to the tent (and the crowd to the stage) none notices the X-Wings and the two heroic pilots step out of their cockpits. Keeg sees XO Kaiya walking to the larger central tent and decides this would be a good time to report. He leaves Dasha to guard the Wings and begins to walk through the town.

Thane and Alta step up to the stage with holocameras fighting for position around him.
“People of Kolatill I am Alta Dyson.”
The crowd cheers. A young citizens yells out, ”the hero of the rebellion.”
Alta raises a hand and all quiet,”Yes, You’ve seen. Alta Dyson kills troopers by the hundreds. Make TIE fireballs and has a mighty fine arse."
The crowd cheer and ladies hoot.
"I AM Alta Dyson and I see a whole army of free men here in defiance of tyranny. You have fought as free men, and free men you are. What would you do now that you have tasted freedom? Will you fight?"
The crowd cheers but one voice cries out, ”Fight? Against an Assault carrier? No, we bow our heads and live.”
Alta looks down upon the weak little man, ”Aye, fight and you may die. Bow down and you’ll live—at least for a while. And dying in your beds many years from now, would you be willing to trade all the days from this day to that for one chance, just one chance to come back here and tell our enemies that they may take our lives, but they’ll never take our FREEDOM!!! KOLATILL FOREVER!!”
The people of Kolatill scream in response.
Thane remembers the holovid ‘Brave Hearts of the Alliance’ that Alta gave the same speech in.
“So hold your ground! Hold your ground! Sons of Ik’Tal, of Shador, my brothers in the Republic. I see in some of your eyes the fear that could take even my heart. A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends and break the bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day. This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good earth, I bid you stand, people of the Kolatill. KOLATILL FOREVER!!
The crowd is out of their minds at this point cheering like wild.
Thane is pretty certain that speech was from ‘The Heroes Return’. It is one of Thane’s favorites and he smiles thinking of all the ways he can use Alta Dyson.
Mechanics: Alta uses his performance and convincing demeanor to pump the crowd and the world on holovid news. 1 triumph 3 success and 9 advantages later (it was an easy crowd) and he has them in the palm of his hand.

The team enter the tent which at least slightly muffles the cheering.
Theta follows you in and positions himself by the doorway.
Within is a youth who introduces himself as Lon. He has the weathered look of one who has lived through the past 4 days. His eyes and demenor show a depth of character and strength. The youth has been forged in the fires of this events and is strong from it.
Beside him in heavy armor with a long furry creature clinging to her back is the Twi'Lek scout who saved Raso earlier in the day. Her name is Makio and Lon explains she has been a rebel leader on the planet for years and knows the city better than anyone.
At a holographic data table stands two older gentlemen. Councilor Krause is straight in his stance and military in his bearing. His hair beard and style is that of old republic nobility. A large man towers next to him. He is introduced as Tren Un'Shador and he has been coordinating food and supplies for the refugee camp you now stand in.
After some pleasantries, Krause quickly gets down to business. "Your arrival brings the people cheer and i appreciate your coming. Without a stronger show of Republic support it will be hard to convince them to continue to resist. We have a city in peril and a world waiting to see the outcome. The arrival of the FarStar should help that is we can make a very public show of it. Also getting people back into safe housing and securing the city would go a long way to change to feelings of the noble houses."
Theta breaks in,"Getting people back in their houses would first mean shutting down the main gas lines at the plant to the bombed out areas, then getting the power plant back online."
Makio adds,"That would mean travelling in the zone bordering the Domaz Zoo. The bombing freed many nasty creatures that are looking for a meal. We probably need to rustle those creatures before you send people back."
Everyone jumps as you hear kl'aal's soft voice from the shadows of the tent,"Sounds like a hunt. I like hunts."
Lon brings up,"There are also the human nasty to deal with. The penitentiary was bombed and scouts say they have taken the government center and the Domaz General Hospital. Many of them where former gang members and they have reconnected with some friends. We can't send people into a city full of criminals and swoop gangs either."
Theta speaks,"I've heard more than swoop gangs are prowling the area. Citizens have reported a ship is somewhere south and they are gathering people on board. Could be slavers looking to use the chaos to fill their holds with merchandise."
Krause comes back into the conversation,"I have heard reports of the bombs spraying some kind of food for viruses what do you know of this?"

OOC: Public opinion of the Republic and freedom from the Empire where at a rating of 1 when you arrived. Destroying the Troopers and Alta's speech have helped raise it to a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. If you can make it higher it will give boosts to Krause being able to sway House Kathor and House Brakia to vote for the Republic in about 2 days. Also if you are able to find a Blood Noble if House Shador (not the lesser bloods Un'Shador, or An'Shador but a full Shador) they will definitely vote for the Republic.
Ik'Tal has replaced the Imperial News Network reports who have been arrested, so the news will be "Fair and Balanced".

Keeg takes off his helment and puts it under his arm. Then goes into the tent that he saw Kaiya head into and stands off to the side until there is a momment where Kaita notices him. Keeg makes an attempt at Attention and a snappy salute
"Ensign Keeg reporting!"
Kaiya nods to the Duros and replies "Give me your report pilot"
"All Hostiles around the space of This planet have been neutralized. The Jump point near Rockport Mining Station has also been cleared and the station has been secured by House Shador. Commander Ciro is on the station with the rest of the squadron. I have been tasked with Temporary command of Omega squadron which includes Gabby, Dasha, and Dwyer. During the two battles we suffered damage, but no losses. I was personally responsibly for the rescue of a Captain Arceeran of House Ik'Tal that was attacked by Imperials.. might owe us a favor. We are just stretching our leg a bit before returning to patrol the planet. Unless you have further orders?"

"Stay here to add your perspective to our discussions." Kaiya responds after a salute.
Tren Un'Shador looks happy and concerned,"Rockport is under Shador control. Excellent! What of the Smelting Stations of Kotal II? If they Imperial wardens on the stations find out Rockport has been taken they have threatened to kill our true bloods leaving Shador without a true leader. IF we don't get their in time." He goes silent staring at the holograph table with sadness on his broad face.
The XO's head is swimming with directions they need to go. Kaiya think in terms of goals and missions and is used to focusing on one mission at a time. Her mind ticks off the possible places forces are needed.
1) Zoo to find the animals and restrain them before they hurt more citizens. Also to close the gas lines and repair the power if possible.
2) Retake the downtown area from Swoop Gangs, prisoners, and possible slavers.
3) Keep the spaceport and riverside park safe.
4) Take the Stations on Kotal II and save the Shador prisoners.
5) Influence public opinion and the Noble Houses to vote for the Republic and Freedom.
6) Shut down the bombs and figure out what the Assault Carrier was doing.

Zoo animals? nope
Swoop gangs? no
Keep space port and park safe, had a bad enough time get a transport safe
"Maybe we could gather some intel the station and the squadron could secure the area. Tho we might need an assault team to take out the wardens if they are able to lock them down

Theta adds information,"The smelting stations must stay in the dark side of the planet to avoid the intense radiation of the star. The stations are mobile and glide and large repulsarlifts in a regular pattern. Otherwise the planet is a desolate rock. They use the planet Kolat II because the jump point is very distant and will easy to see approaching vessels. You could go to the Jump Point which would be out of the sensor range of the stations and any ship in orbit. If you are spotted they have promised to execute the slaves on the stations. We would need a way to drop in and strike all three stations at once."
Tren looks to the Councilman,"Could I attempt to contact my brother Garreth at the Rockport Mine Station and see what the situation is there?"
Krause nods agreement and Tren brings up the hyper-transceiver that is part of the table. With some lag you recieve an image of what looks like an older Tren. "Tren you young pup we have Rockport."
"I knew you would find a way Garreth even if it took a decade." Tren responds.
"This is Counciller Krause of House Ik'Tal it is good to hear you have taken the station, but did you give any thought of what will happen to the citizens enslaved at the Kotal II." Krause does not seem as happy as Tren. (pause for lag)
"We are prepping 3 ore transports that have a scheduled run to the smelting stations. Each will have a team of HOUSE SHADOR WARRIORS!" You hear chants and grunts behind him. "We may also have a few New Republic friends along for some air support." He pulls Pash under his arm into the picture and ruffles his hair.
"Will that be enough," Krause asks waiting out the lag for a response he looks around the room. "You know your forces any suggestions?"
Kaiya looks to the other leaders of your group,"All of you who have worked with me know I am always looking for input before we make a decision. So what do we think?"

Stev's brow narrows at the mention of the slavers. "I will take a team of volunteers and ensure that the slavers never touch a single innocent again. I need to requisition some special equipment. Blu, come with me to the Aegis. Theta, take your best men and meet us there. We have some toys that should tip the scales in our favor."
Stev and Blu go into the Aegis and access its special cargo compartment. They each put on a set of the Clonetrooper Power Armor in the hold, Blu in a set he's polished up for just an occasion, and Stev in his suit that he painted matte black to avoid the reflective properties of the durasteel. They both walk out onto the ramp, and Stev addresses the waiting troopers.
"My father used to tell me stories of the Powertroopers. He said that, while all Clonetroopers exhibited the best warriors the Republic could offer, the Powertroopers were the best of the best. They were the stuff of legend, and a squad of them was enough to make Dooku himself shiver in his boots. Now, we face a different enemy than the droids and Sith. We face Gangs, Slavers, and Men that were once our Allies. However, while the enemy may change, I know that the bravery of the Powertroopers can remain constant. Come with me, don the armor, and we shall bring back Order. We shall bring back Justice. We shall become those legends. We shall make Domaz remember why, when all seems lost, the Powertroopers reclaim victory!"
As Stev finishes his speech, the troopers look to Theta. Before he can say anything, Blu yells "You heard the boy! Now get on this ship, become the stuff of legends, and get back out into the field! If we can take down an army of Clankers with nothing but a few blasters and force of will, we can definitely shut down a few punks with swoops! Move!"
Between the two of them, Theta and the rest of the troopers are motivated and ready for battle. As the rest patrol the area, the troopers go into the Aegis by threes and get the Power Armor ready, and within ten minutes the squad of Stev, Blu, Theta, and nine other troopers are back in the park. During this time, Theta set up patrols so that they can both properly defend the park and engage in a bit of "preemptive guarding" from the swoop gangs.
After this, Stev, Theta, and Blu return to the tent to get final updates on the team's decisions and get sent on their various missions.
Mechanics: Leadership Check 2P1A (thanks Blu!) vs 2D. Net result 1 Triumph 3 successes.

Sivu says "If the hostiles are being dealt with by the Sergeant's to-be-assigned team, the area could be much safer for the bomb squad. Myself, Boom, and PD13 all have the skills necessary to defuse the explosives, and we could take any of the scientists that are not busy treating the wounded with us to study what I will refer to as bioweapons, for lack of a more precise term. Additionally, we will need a small security force, but if we remain hidden in the shadows while the other team is eliminating threats, we will likely never have to utilize them. I would recommend assigning us a small force of stealth-minded warriors so we can quickly take samples and disarm explosives and then escape hazardous situations."

Kaiya watches the Sergeant leave the tent then follows. She grabs his arm and spins him around outside the tent,"What the frak is this about Stev. You can't just make a decision, throw around orders, and stomp out the door. We have allies, multiple targets, and a chain of command to consider. So you come back and wait until we have a full plan or I will break out the chain of command and beat you will it until you listen! Do you understand sergeant!"
Coerce vs. Cool 1 success Stev you are a little taken a back and slightly scared.

Stev takes a second to explain himself. "Commander, I understand your concern, so I will explain. We have a dozen suits of Clone Trooper Power Armor gathering dust in the Aegis. With that kind of equipment, taking care of these scum will be much easier and faster. If we equip these men, the park will be guaranteed its safety, and then we can secure the entire area, terrify the gangs into submission, put the prisoners back in place, and make an example of the slavers to ensure whatever guild they are part of never touches Kolatill again. However, every second we wait and explain things is a second that an old woman is mugged or murdered by a punk on a swoop, or a young boy is skinned by a psychopath, or a single mother of three is taken away by slavers into a ship and never seen again, leaving her children devastated orphans. With all due respect, Commander, I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN. You can make all of the decisions and set up all the plans. I'll follow your orders on how to carry out this mission to the letter. I just need to use the time we have now to make sure the orders can be carried out as quickly as possible."
Mechanics: Negotiation vs Presence 2A vs 4D. Net result 1 success 1 threat.
