Hear me out before you downvote me. It doesn't have to be across the board, but maybe for QM only. It's unfair that when people lose they get less xp/gold than wins. I know that it gives incentive for winning but consider for a moment this being applied only to QM as trickle down effects.
If there was the same reward for losing/winning people would not try hard and the game can be played casually.
This makes it more enjoyable for everyone.
It's hard for players with high mmr to just get on and play the game casually for fun, in other words.
