((OOC: Black hair by the by, not blue. Damnedable typos.))
The light was greedy. Invictus was a child of the dark. It was a shadow offering succor from burning suns, and obscuring things too terrible to know, with him, everywhere, even among the stars. Even now. He cast very long shadows, staring at the stars, being captivated by them, and dreaming. Having them crushed and turned to dust. Kidnapped, tortured, and utterly obliterated. When he was free, it tasted so sweet, like melons dipped in honey... and that was taken. Not so much seduced as he was dominated by the Dark Side, he was once again enslaved, not once, but thrice. Despite his wrath, Invictus was calm, mainly due to waiting on a sense for the pressure differential to even out: enlightened self interest. He knew he was no longer in stasis, but the last thing he wanted to do was expose himself to an unavoidable vacuum and die after fighting so hard to survive.
Every part of his body felt like it was on fire, remembering the barbed cybernetic body plates igniting every nerve ending to keep him alert for combat, to hone his capacity to kill everything in his path. To be a sword aimed at the corrupted heart of the Republic's sympathizers. Then he remembered the abuse, having them yanked out and honing his hatred and anger to fuel that vile machine. Stripped of his cybernetic armor meant he was stripped of skin. He knew it the moment he felt sound. There was no scream, plenty of anger, but not a lot of noise. Then he realized he wasn't about to suffocate, still livid, but now it was focused. He stopped reaching out. He was abandoned. Defeated. His last bit of strength was to be sated by stewing in the hatred for what brought him here. The 'man' who did this to him. Who made him into a monster again. Invictus felt the air get stale, he was going to suffocate. He was going to die. And then he saw Sarne's face.
I need to get this off my chest. It's over now.
"Sarne, you are a dead man. The Force is not a weapon for weak-minded heretics like you. Simply a slave to your foolish dreams. I may be in a tank, but I'm in here by choice. The vacuum would be your victory, but even now, I stand bloody and weakened but unbowed. This is my triumph--my victory, and through it, my chains are broken. The Force will free me." He murmured at his taunting hallucination.
"Peace is a lie, there is only passion... Through passion I gain strength... through strength, I gain power... Through power, I gain victory... Through victory, my chains are broken... The Force will free me."
The recitation of the code that etched itself into his memory reinvigorated him. Where did he hear it?
He lifted his hands and pressed them against the edge of the container and pushed. He was going to die on his terms, NOT before.

((Back at the 'right' time.))
Vandal eyed Stev calmly. "Sir, this is Halan the First. I have a translator in and will be acting as an interpreter. So... they've taken to calling me Sevrine, the Right Hand of General Kobal the True Mandalore." She said with a bit of skepticism in her voice, removing the earpiece.
"I think he means our pretty Red friend." She shrugged. "But Gorak basically manipulated them into trying to kill us in exchange for getting off of this cursed rock. There's some mysticism involved, but that's the hard facts. The other hard fact is that I'm down an arm, I blame Gorak and I'm going to kill him because I'm not right handed and for the love of--three missiles! That's nine pages of typing. Each. Plus the other five as a general report--the friendly fire incident, three in--six! Six injuries, a casualty, plus the Mandalorian. This is gonna be a diplomatic mess by the way." She groaned, clearly exasperated. "Seriously, I'd kill to be one of those girls who can get by on her looks alone--this is absurd." She sighed, slipping in the earpiece again.
"Long and short of it, they've pledged themselves to me and we're going to kill Sarne and avenge their slaughtered people, and help with the return of Chosen One." She nodded with a quirk of her lips. "I figure if we do the whole hero thing well enough I can get bumped up enough pay grades to get better cyberware and my burn scars treated. Maybe settle down with a vegetable garden and a dog somewhere in the armpit of space."

Aren had reported to the medical bay not long after everything had settled down. The borrowed weapons had been turned in, but she hesitated to remove her armor. At least until it was time for either the droid or a medical professional to begin. Until that moment, she paced back and forth, the rotation's events playing through her mind once more. Anything to distract herself from her condition and how much it still hurt.

(Before jumping back) On his first pass over his patents Dr. Sigurd rates Aren's injuries a lower priority than the damage to Gorak, Gammer, and Sasha. He finally calls to the passenger bay that has now become the extended medical center she sees Blu the Clone Trooper asleep in a bunk with Gammer and Sasha in other bunks. Her former crewmates are in status bags waiting for a proper funeral. She say Gorak in a bacta tank in the small proper medical center.
The tall Shadorman examines her and does want he is able,"The Imperial Supply Base restocked our medical supplies but i only have one tank onboard. You will need to heal some of your pains the old fashion way." (Sigurd roll 3 success and 6 advanatges to heal 3 wounds and 6 strain) "You should be fine for light duty just take it easy during the jumps."
(after jumping back and finding the pods.) As the Slacker's Dream pull in one pod Brophar approaches the second. He also finds it without a airlock collar and also brings it into the ramp section.

Before (Stev):
Stev nods and whispers "Sounds like a good plan to me. They good news is that I'm pretty sure this mission hasn't officially been declared yet, and most of what we found will probably be top-secret, so paperwork will probably be kept to a minimum. I'll handle it, if we even have time to start it before people start trying to kill us again."
He gives a small smirk at the thought of their never-ending battle before continuing "Sounds like the Jarell's story is exactly what I wanted to hear, albeit with more philosophical reasoning added. When we get to Gandle Ott, I'll get Thane to work his legal magic and get them off without a problem, plus I can see if we can add them to the crew. They'll even get paid, which is probably more than they got under Ned'Ix, so hopefully this will be to their benefit in more ways than one."
----
After (Sivu):
As the pod passes into the ship, Sivu comms "Inspect the device thoroughly before attempting to open it. The more we attempt to tamper with the device, the greater the chance that we shall lose valued data regarding its construction and application. Map out the entire exterior using your holos, with the most detail possible, then search for an access hatch or other method of entry."
He would prefer to personally inspect the pod, but he had no way to know what form of traps, radiation, or exotic microorganisms could be on its surface, waiting to claim him as a victim. While the quality of analysis would be inferior using the droids, his safety was assured, which was a priority when dealing with crewpersons that could simply be put back together.
----
After (Stev):
Stev doesn't know what exactly to expect, but the only times he's felt a presence without actively trying to were when they were Force-wielders, so he at least knew that much. He puts on his helm in order to protect himself from any surprise decompressions and heads to the ramp, all the while attempting to project a sense of calm and safety in the Force, since he thinks that's how it works. As he walks to the ramp, he says "I want Med Bay on standby with anybody who can be moved gone, our pod-dweller may need help and isolation. Everybody, try to keep a sense of calm, we're sure to spook whoever's in there, so we need to be as delicate as possible."

After (Muvon) Stev and group pull the pod into the ramp area as the ramp closes and atmo begins to pump in the pods hatch cracks open a humid misty air flows out as the pod side opens slowly. Stev and his team look in and find a human male in what looks like a medical berth. Tubes extend from nose, mouth, and his limbs to the sides of the pod. After (Muvon in Pod) Invictus presses against the pod trying to escape. He then feels a presence reaching to his mind. The presence is sending feeling of calm and hope to Invictus. He is pushed forward, sideways, his pod banging off of something then coming to a rest. His struggle is ended as the seal pops on the pod and the cover above him slowly lifts. His eyes see fuzzy shapes and a blinding brightness after unknown months of not moving. His eyes are unable to adjust. He feels the respirator begins to slow and knows he need to get the breathing tube out. After (Slacker's Dream) Sivu watches from the cockpit as the Excavation PD use scanners over the pod. Their sensors shows a medical status equipment within and a corpse of a duros female. The find no biological of chemical dangers and the (MRI) scan internally shows no explosives.

((In the future))
Self preservation was his first instinct. He yanked out the breathing tube without a hint of hesitation, taking his first, gasping breaths. His warblade was missing, and now that he was exposed to air, all of those tears seared. He writhed in untold agony, never screaming, just trying to pull tubes from his body... and there he was. Black hair, covered in scars and burns and ruined skin--branded on his chest and marks of adhesive around exposed muscle. He was in rough shape, as though someone forcibly ripped out subdermal implants. Green eyes snapped open as his mangled hands began to tear out more and more tubes, seething in rage despite his silence. He lurched in time with his stomach, getting his head clear of the pod, in truth it felt more like a coffin and spewed out uncountable months worth of vitriol and bile along with a fully eaten, but only half digested cake due to his slowed metabolism. His eyes didn't match his body, clearly still full of light and life despite how wracked he was. "This isn't an Imperial ship. It's noisy. Who's there?" He asked while trying to adjust his eyes. He couldn't have been older than a teenager, unless he was in the pod for that long, although Force users tended to look deceptively young.

((A Few Hours Ago, In The Same Galaxy...))
"At any rate, you should summon Sato and let them know about the mask, and us know about the holocron, in that order. Actually, you don't need to because I just transmitted the statement over comms." Vandal noted over communications, dropping her hood and popping in the Jarrel earpiece. "...Unrelated note, this cloak is unbelievably comfortable. This is seriously the most comfortable thing I have ever worn in my entire life. I am keeping this. I'm also keeping the lightsaber. I even named him Mandate." She popped it right back in. "So, introductions... and I'll translate. Halan, the First, this is Ensign Stev of the FarStar. You'll be meeting Sato, a Mandalorian Warrior once they've responded to the summons. Me? Everyone calls me Vandal. Nobody actually knows my first name. Hell, I don't even remember it."

Before (Stev):
Stev gives a nervous look "Well, about the mask. Technically, it was made for Mandalorian use, but that's not what it's remembered for. The holo'll explain, but that's actually the mask of Revan, the simultaneously most respected and hated figure in galactic history. I'll talk to Sato first, since this could be pretty upsetting, then once everybody's together I'll open it up. Trust me, we'll have a LOT to discuss after this."
He looks back to the Halan and says "We'll open up the garage for you and your men to stay in during transit. It'll be cramped with the supplies we took, but unfortunately that's the best we can do without splitting you up."
Once the Jarells get comfortable, Stev walks to the main hold, along the way grabbing some cleaning and polishing supplies, and gets to work on restoring the mask to its former glory as he awaits Sato.

(past) Hallan steps before each and bows then shoves them with both hands. He stands waiting for them to shove him back before he goes to the next. The only one he does not shove is Vandal. He states,"Your name is known. You are Sevrine returned the right hand of the prophet."
"Lucky you're not the left hand of the prophet." Brophar states looking down where Vandal's arm used to be."Just saying is all." Brophar seems to enjoy and return the shove with vigor. The Jarrel face tentacles wiggle and his expression translates to laughter. "Good to meet you all will be jumping back to investigate the gas giants in a few minutes. You know the ship seems a little spooky now that I know it was owned by the dark force master galaxy warlord who makes Sarne look like a amateur. I'm going to have a long talk with T3 when we have a few minutes." He turns to leave as quickly as he entered.

After (Sivu)
Sivu locks in the outer helm into his mask to seal himself off, then exits the cockpit. As he moves to the pod, he gives an order to the PD Collective "This ship comes with an advanced sensor suite, allowing for numerous wavelengths and radiation signatures to be measured. Record them all, and compose a report highlighting any unexplained anomalies in the data. Anything that varies from standard behavior must be noted. I will personally investigate the pod."
Upon reaching the pod, he examines the corpse in order to find a likely cause of death. Typically, he would assume is asphyxiation, starvation, or thirst, but these are most certainly atypical circumstances.

(past) Dr. Sigurd enters after Brophar,"Ensign Stev I have treated all patients. Gorak is in the bacta tank and will be there for the duration. I set up a temporary medical bay and Sasha, Gammer, and Blu are all stable and on inactive duty until they have healed." He moves for Hallan and bows then pushes the Jarrel who pushes him back. Sigurd make a series of whistles and grunts that Vandal can not understand but she hears Hallan's response,"Well met warrior of the House Shador." Sigurd then sits and waits for his CO and NCO to give direction.

After (Stev)
Stev's rather surprised at the collection of crystals embedded in the teen's body, since normally he can feel Force-attuned crystals, but these didn't give any sign of activity. Hopefully, that meant they weren't a problem anymore. In a quiet voice Stev says through his armor's speakers "My name's Stev, and I'm with the New Republic. We're here to help. Do you feel like you can move? I can take you to our ship's doctor." With the last statement, he offers a helping hand.

After (Slacker's Dream)
Sivu notes on the internal imaging that the dead durros has a series of crystal formation embedded in his spine. They run down his back and extend inward into his nervous system.
