Arrow is a mix of the current series and Smallville. Oliver Queen has returned to Starling City with bride and new baby tow. He has vowed to make the city a better place than his families leadership left it. Oliver brings with him a DEO team that will act outside the normal government channels to handle meta threats along the West Coast. Possible Leads include Oliver Queen, Roy Harper, Chloe Sullivan, Metamorpho, Grace, Diggel, Helena Berrtitelli, Dinah Lance, Felicity Smoak, and Ray Palmer.
